This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2000 square foot house is set against the backdrop of your very own portion of the Fresno River. Enjoy the spectacular view and soothing sounds of a 25 foot waterfall from the expansive patio deck. Lounge under the shade of the beach umbrellas right at the riverside, or make marshmallows on the outdoor fire pit by the river (seasons restrictions applies). Jetted hot tub is waiting for you overlooking waterfall. A fully equipped kitchen with windows that overlook the waterfall comes with all the comforts of home: dishes, mugs, pots, pans, a coffee maker and press, crock-pot, waffle maker and much more! The large family room with vaulted ceilings and vast picture windows is great for a family gathering, movie night or just relaxation. The dining and kitchen areas combine total seating space for 16. The patio dining area provides 6 chairs and a table. With sleeping space for up to 15 people and ample parking for RVs or a boat, this picturesque location can make for a memorable vacation for the whole family or a serene getaway for a romantic weekend for two. . We would be happy to accommodate a couple during off-season for as low as $250 per night (holidays are excluded). The master suite on the first floor includes a comfortable king size bed, a twin ottoman sleeper, a large walk in closet, private bathroom with jetted bath tub and door to the outside patio. The second floor has two bedrooms and shared full bath. The second bedroom has a full size bed and bedroom three contains a twin size bed and full/twin bunk beds. There are two queen size sofa sleepers and a roll away twin bed in living area as well. Amenities include central heat/AC, TV and DVD player, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, free WIFI, washer and dryer, board games, books, DVD's, sport games and more! Bedding, towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, hair dryer, and iron are all provided. We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfall House. Everything was clean and spacious. Yelena, the owner was personable and answered all my questions. The adults, as well as the children had a fun experience of walking down to the waterfall area and swimming in the pools. The mornings and evenings were spectacular, getting to sit out on the deck and watch the sunrise and experience the sounds of the waterfall while enjoying the landscape. Thank you for the perfect place for our visit.

Immaculate. That was my first impression. Everything was neat and tidy. The house has everything you need. We had 8 adults and 2 dogs - everyone loved the house, location and the waterfall area. It was great watching kids (ages 17-22) as well as the dogs explore each day. The house is so centrally located we were able to rent a boat on Bass Lake, go to the movies, visit Yosemite or just relax by the waterfall. Yelena was amazing and checked on us via text and was available if I had any questions. We would love to stay again!

This was a beautiful home. It accommodated all 13 of us easily. Waking up every morning and having our coffee on the back porch overlooking the waterfall was wonderful. The homeowner was very nice and easy to communicate with, even suggesting things to do in the area if you wanted a break from Yosemite. It is an easy drive to the national parks near by as well as the Fresno airport. Would highly recommend and would stay again! Thank you Yelena for opening up your home to us!

This was a great place with lots of extras!! It had a nice gazebo with plenty of seating and propane fire pit, a really nice play structure that the grandkids loved, a basketball hoop and ball, tether ball, porch all around the house with plenty of sitting areas, then the waterfall creek area to swim, and fish it was the ultimate spot for lots of memory making with umbrella and seats next to the swimming hole!! We loved this place!!! There was 5 adults and 6 kiddos!!

Great property and location
The property was very comfortable for 2 families. The playground structure was awesome! Stunning views of the waterfall with access for the kids to play in the creek. The kitchen was functional with plenty of fridge space. Easy access to Bass Lake and Yosemite. We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!

I would recommend and stay at this property again. It is central to town and the national park ( about 20 minutes to south entrance). Rooms are spacious and the waterfall in the back yard speaks for itself. We really enjoyed it. Thank you

We had a family gathering with the maximum number of guests and the lodge did not feel crowded. There were plenty of gathering areas outside for smaller groups to gather. The waterfall was spectacular! The owner was flexible and accommodating. We loved our stay.

Very spacious and comfortable house - plenty of space for our group of 5 adults and a dog. We enjoyed all the outdoor spaces - the gazebo, lawn games, grill, and of course the private waterfall! Convenient location, close to Yosemite's South Gate, Bass Lake, and the grocery stores in Oakhurst.

We were a group of 6 adults and 6 kids (8-11 years old) staying in the house and we had 2 adults and 1 kid staying in their RV in the driveway. Tons of parking out front even with the RV and three SUVs.
The house is conveniently located about 1 hr drive to Yosemite, 1.5 hours down the Yosemite Valley, 20 mins to Bass Lake and about 15 mins to Oakhurst.
There is a bit of a hill down to the river/waterfall but so worth it. The river was calm while we where there and we spent our late afternoons after hiking in Yosemite or boating at Bass Lake just lounging in the river while the kids swam & played.
The house was well organized with tons of plenty of kitchen amenities. We ended up using the griddle/grill out back for nearly all our meals and the two full size fridges in the house was a nice added bonus given the number of families sharing the house.
The A/C was a godsend as we were there during a heat wave and each bedroom also has its own mini split as well.
Evenings were spent lounging on the back deck star gazing and listening to the river. Ton of outside space to lounge between all the decks and the gazebo.
Yelena was amazing to work with and quickly responded to all our questions and phone calls. Though she does reside on the property, you would never know it!
Everyone was super happy with the place and all said we would rent again in a heartbeat.

We were getting married that week and it was the perfect location for us as it was close to Oakhurst and a short drive from Yosemite Valley so it was a good balance of city and nature. Our friends stayed with us but it never felt crowded. The waterfall was absolutely gorgeous and fun to sit around and relax. Yelena was so friendly and accommodating, she truly has a gem of a property. Easy to book, easy to stay, easy to love! This was an amazing experience.

Home away from home

We had such an amazing time and loved our time here. All the comforts of home were there and it was so beautiful that we only ate out once. The waterfall area is so peaceful and beautiful that I could’ve just stayed there all day, but we also hiked Yosemite and spent a day at Bass Lake, and both are convenient to get to. From the house. Can’t wait to come back again!

You can venture into the (cold) water to be refreshed and enjoy exploring. (Water shoes recommended!) As described in the listing, there are two private bedrooms with queen beds and one single bed in the "pantry" and then the other sleeping arrangements are either a shared bedroom or the living room area. The proximity to the lake is great - you are at Bass Lake in about 10 minutes. The drive to the Yosemite gate is about 20 minutes (without traffic) but be aware to get to the Valley, it will take another hour or so. (Go early to avoid LONG waits in traffic). Yelena is an amazing, sweet and accommodating host. Overall, this property is amazing and offers a wonderful experience in a great location!

We were very comfortable and there was enough space for all of us (6 -8 adults and 4 children).Yelena was quick to answer any questions, her home was clean and as pictured- no surprises! Great Cabin! with great amenities
The cabin is in a great location, very close to Yosemite. It was was tidy and well cared for. There were enough linens, bedding, and towels to accommodate a full house. Additionally, the kitchen comes fully stocked with appliances, some spices and seasoning and the like. The grill worked great, and the view from the deck is amazing! Hope to come back and highly recommend.
