Room is clean and toilet is clean

This is a very basic "hotel". You have a bed in the room, and that is about it. Other facilities, toilets, shower, basin are shared in the same floor. We chose it for its convenience to the international airport as do most others. It is one level down from its brother hotel, Raten, in terms of space available in the room. Accordingly, the price is also substantially lower. You get what you paid for. The service is very efficient, they know exactly what their client needs, i.e., go to or return from the airport at odd hours.

Clean. Located in the walking distance to the Rapid Rail Station. One of the receptionists was very friendly and helpful.

Cheap mattress. Soundproof not good enough, though guests were cautious about noise level.

Since there wasn't any stores around an no vending machine in the hotel, a simple free breakfast was very helpful.

distance from HSR to guesthouse little bit far if you have big luggage that you take taxi well. If not,by walk is okey.

Staying at this backpacker hotel felt like staying at my own home, very comfortable. Although all rooms are small, yet their clever and very humane design made me feel my room very cosy and restful, even though there was no window. The lovely wall painting above my cosy bed gave a lovely feeling that I was looking into a wonderful beautiful Italian scenery through a window ! This backpacker hotel is the most comfortable, most humanely-designed backpacker hotel I have stayed amongst all of backpacker hotels I have known, totally different from all of the others. It felt like a 5-star hotel, simply because their communal shower area provides lots of privacy and so very extremely clean. Also, I really appreciated the hotel provided free simple pastry-cum-tea-coffee in the small self-help lichen area just in front of the left area for us guests to enjoy every night from 11:00pm till next morning. I also enjoyed chatting to the day-duty reception gentleman, John, as well as the night-duty reception gentleman, Zack. Both were very helpful with info I needed to find. I really really enjoyed my 1-night stay on Sep. 22 this time, that I will definitely stay here again in my next home-visit back to Taiwan next year in February/March, 2023.

Very convenient hotel. Close to the high S train and international airport. The room is comfortable ! immaculate!
