Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this charming condo for R 8,301 per night is a great option for your next vacation. So Close to the Beach You Will Wear Your Swimsuit to Bed !!! GREAT NEWS ..I have redecorated the unit. I now have NEW Kitchen cabinets and all now top of the line Appliances..Fridge, Microwave, Oven, and dishwasher...Oh did I mention all new granite counter tops. Also the Bathrooms are new with new cabinets and also new granite countertops and top of the line sinks. ..Cant forget the beds...yep new bedding with a Sealy posterpedic bed in the master bedroom. Hey what about the living room ..you say? yep brand new leather couch and lounge chair.NEW Carpet and curtains too..can it get any better..sure can also brand new washer and dryer. So that pretty much sums it up. Everything is new this season. So now is the time to book your stay as you will be treated to the best I have to offer. Yes I have a few more things that will be done but these are the major ones..and they will make you a happy camper for the summer. Any closer to the Water..and your Swimming with the Fishes Enjoy the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico with your sixth floor balcony view. The solitude of the spacious pristine white sand beaches along with spectacular views of the blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. HIGH SPEED WIRELESS INTERNET PROVIDED FREE!!! Sunsets??? I've got them with a beautiful golden glow on the white sand beach. Our unique, three bedroom two bath floor plan with bunk in the third room will sleep six to eight comfortably. This Non-Smoking unit in the Gulf Dunes Condominium Complex is tastefully decorated. It is located on the sixth floor (really the seventh there is covered parking) and features ceramic tile flooring, a KING bed in the master, a KING bed in the second room and a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full size bottom for the kids in the third room, and a queen sleeper sofa. A full size washer and dryer are also in the unit. It is close to just about everything you could want. The Pier is within walking distance for all those wanting to 'Pier Fish' and also for those who might want to 'Beer Fish' the Angler's sports Bar is there also and features at last count about 30 TV's for all your sports needs. There are resturants by the dozen around you of all types. For the children there is the famous Gulfarium where you can go see all your favorite dolphins and other sea life. only .2 of a mile away. Going to a convention?? well I am only 1 tenth of a mile from the brand new Emerald Coast Convention Center For the children there is a Playstation 2 and for the adults there is a Television in each room with a DVD player in the living room and also the master. Special property amenities include: 426 feet of Gulf Frontage, lush tropical landscaping, private dune walk-over with shower, and two seasonally heated pools. One FREE Beach Umbrella set-up per day while you stay. $48 per week. This can be removed from the overall daily and weekly rates if you do not want the set-up. This will reduce your daily rental cost by $8 per day ($48 week). It is conveniently located two miles from Fort Walton, four miles from Destin, and one mile from the new Convention Center. We LOVED this condo! We loved the location, the unit itself, plus all the extras in the condo, beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and especially the beach CART! That was so much help with our 20-month old and all of our stuff! We will definitely stay here again!!! :)

Nothing to complain about with this condo or owner!! Both were absolutely amazing! Condo was very well stocked! It had everything we could have ever wanted/needed from kitchen supplies to games. Beds were comfy! View was beautiful! We saw dolphins almost everyday we were there. We would without a doubt stay here again if we end up back in the area.

Location was ideal for us. Beachfront. Got to sit on the balcony each morning with a cup of coffee and enjoy the ocean. It wasn't as crowded as our location last year which was nice. Beach chair rentals were reasonable for the week. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything worked fine. I would rent this condo anytime.

Great view, condo was located in a perfect location, condo was clean, no issues, Kent was easy to communicate with, responded almost immediately when I contacted him, would definitely go back, my family enjoyed it immensely! Can’t wait to go back!!

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Beach was not too crowded but still walking distance to the pier. Several great restaurants right across the street. Crosswalk directly in front of the hotel leads to the best fish restaurant around. Appreciated the beach wagon and beach toys. The kids loved it. Plenty of room in the condo. The view is amazing. You can watch the sunset and sunrise from the balcony. The owner was also great and easy to communicate with if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay, third bedroom was super small, difficult to see from pictures, so a little misleading for our group, other bedrooms were great. But overall excellent stay!!

Great vacation! We went to celebrate our friends 60th birthday and we loved every minute of it. The condo was very clean and the view was wonderful! Beds were very comfy and the rooms were a great size. Easy access to the beach and pool. We loved that we had a parking spot and we felt very safe going to and from the car. Great location since we traveled from the airport but also wanted to go to Destin to eat. We will be coming back next year. Thank you for all your help.

We're native Floridians and have traveled all over FL. This was by far one of my favorite VRBO places to be. Its not in a crowded 20 story, screaming kids, drunk 20's condo bldg. Very family friendly, quiet, relaxed, no rush and clean bldg. The cleaning staff is excellent, the beds were soft, the kitchen has everything u need including a panini press (wish we'd see it sooner lol) and the owners are wonderful to boot. Excellent, excellent stay for sure. We'll be back!

Excellent Stay
This was our first trip to the Destin, FWB area and it was amazing. The property was exactly as advertised with excellent beachfront views and access. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and even more if you are willing to take a short drive. Kent was an excellent host checking in to make sure we were all set prior to and after our stay.

Dolphins, Sandcastles, and Thanksgiving!!
Our family of 5 stayed during Thanksgiving week and had an amazing time! We saw dolphins, manta rays, crabs, and flying fish everywhere! Sitting on the balcony with morning coffee watching the sun rise or evening tea watching the beautiful sunset over the water-it was always an adventure.
I even cooked a full Thanksgiving feast on Thursday complete with turkey, ham, fixings, and pie. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy!
There is a cooler, beach chairs, and toys in the closet to enjoy on the beach, which is right downstairs.
We could not have had a more enjoyable time and hope to come back soon!

I found the condo to be exactly as listed, perfect for our family of 4, which included 2 teenagers. The oceanfront view is gorgeous, and the condo was awesome with a lot of recent updates including appliances. There was also lots of extras such as beach chairs, a beach wagon, sand toys, etc. so we didn’t have to bring our own. Not to mention a very well stocked kitchen with anything you could need. We’ve rented condos for many years at various locations, this is probably the best one I’ve stayed in. Ken provides so many extras and he also gave us some tips on local places to eat which were great as well. We would definitely stay here again. The locations is also great, close to lots of restaurants on the island and a short drive over to Destin. I definitely recommend this place.
