With only minutes walk to cafes,restaurants and the local main shopping strip for all your daily needs. Whether it's a family holiday or a weekend break Waves Phillip Island is the perfect place to explore Phillip Islands many attractions including Penguin Parade, Phillip Island Grand Prix Curcuit, Nobbies Centre, A Maze N Things, Phillip Island Wildlife Park, Koala Conservation Centre all within 7 to 14 kilometres from Cowes. Apartment Description This two bedroom apartment sleeps up to 6 people is on the third floor with stair and lift access. Apartment features a generous open plan kitchen, dining and living area with blacony access, split system air conditioning and heating, TV and DVD. A well appointed kitchen with dishwasher, microwave electric oven and hotplates. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and for families there is a separate room for the children with TV, DVD and sofa bed. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with access to balcony and second bedroom has a double bed and single bunks both bedrooms have built in robes. - Linen is provided as well as bath towels. Extra blankets are in the cupboard if needed. - Please do not take the bath towels to the beach and only use the bath towel provided on your bed. Facilites Split system air conditioning and heating, electric oven and hotplates,Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, crockery etc, iron and iron board, TV, DVD, clock radio, portacot available,reserved car park, non smoking indoors.

A lovely spacious, comfortable apartment with a view to the water and across the road from the beach. It's around the corner of the main street so not much traffic noise, and within easy walking distance of the main street restaurants and shops.
The apartment was very clean and well set up, and the host was responsive to messages. The entire complex was clean and well maintained, with plenty of onsite car parking available.
There were only 2 of us staying so we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. With a second sitting area (with TV) the apartment could easily accommodate more people without feeling crowded.

Communication with Debbie was top notch. Debbie was quick to response to all my queries.
The apartment was clean and well equipped. Location was great within 5min walk to the Main Street. Great ocean view from the balcony and my family had an awesome holiday!

No heater
The code to get in the apartment wasn't sent as the host had the flu and forgot, code sent then a phone call to tell me maybe the heater isn't working. Host then sent someone with 2 little heaters.

Good apartment - plenty of space and all the basics you need. Very comfy beds and good linen. Despite being in a large complex, it is very quiet. Only a few streets away from the main shops and right across the road from beach access. On the third floor but a small lift not too far away and stair access nearby.

We loved our stay at this property, with myself, my husband, our 2 teenage sons and a younger son, it was perfect for us. With 2 living areas and 2 bathrooms we weren't all living on top of each other and were able to have our own space.
It was located walking distance to all shops and restaurants and the beach only across the road. I would highly recommend this property to families wishing to stay in Cowes. We will definately be visiting again.

This is a great apartment, near shops and beaches. There are also views of the water and the sound of waves on the beach, with minimal traffic noise. Sitting on the private balcony, looking at the water and listening to the waves is a fantastic way to unwind from a day at the beach.

Property was very clean, well presented & appointed. It is within a short walking distance of central Cowes. Most convenient position right opposite the beach.

Secure and well-maintained apartment with a fully-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room to relax with two living areas (each with their own tv), a master bedroom with ensuite, and a separate room with a double bed and 2 bunk beds. The setup is perfect for parents desiring some peace from the kids! Internet is stable at ~25mbps and free, and the water in the showers is a good pressure and hot. The location is a short stroll to the waterfront and minutes to the main street of Cowes and dozens of eateries and amenities.

A nice apartment located on the Cowes Esplanade. Easy walking distance to beach, shops and dining. A very clean and nicely presented apartment with full amenities. Great host who communicated quickly and promptly.
