Lorne Penthouse ... offers you a unique opportunity to relax in a stylish & contemporary 3 bdrm, 2 bathroom Penthouse with over 220m2 of space. We comfortably accommodate a maximum of six people. Large and extensive balconies provide you with the perfect setting to take in breathtaking views of Loutit Bay, the Great Ocean Road, and the coastline. This apartment is only a 10-minute stroll along the tree-lined Mountjoy Parade (Great Ocean Road) or along the beach foreshore to the centre of Lorne. You can choose to relax on the balcony, go for a bushwalk, fish off the pier, go for a swim, surf, paddle or sunbathe on the beach, or grab a coffee and a meal in Lorne. It is all within minutes from Lorne Penthouse. Free WiFi We invite you to experience Lorne Penthouse for yourself. PLEASE NOTE: we have increased our cleaning protocol to allow time for full cleaning with hospital grade disinfectant of high touch surfaces, the airing of property between guest stays as well. Sanitizer and disinfectant are at the property for guest use to disinfect high-touch surfaces during their stay. We also allow for a 24-48 hours block between bookings to allow for the additional COVID-19 cleaning and disinfection measures for the safety of our cleaners and guests. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE SCHOOLIES OR WEDDING PARTIES. NO PETS PLEASE. MAIN BEDROOM: 1 Queen Bed + ensuite 2ND BEDROOM: 1 Double Bed 3RD BEDROOM: 2 x Single Beds Accommodating a maximum of 6 persons. No rollaway or fold-out beds are at the property. Bed linen and bath towels for 6 people are provided. Please bring your own beach towels and toiletries. The kitchen is full equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, coffee machine, cooking utensils, and basic provisions. Bring your own food and drink. The lounge has a TV, DVD, iPod docking station, and Xbox 360 with games to enjoy. There is also another TV in the main bedroom. The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner in the main living space and one in the main bedroom. Note that the two car parking spaces are in the basement car park with one flight of stairs to access ground level. Lorne Penthouse is located on the third floor of the Pacific Apartments complex with three flights of stairs. The Pacific Apartments complex does NOT have a lift/elevator.

This is a great three bedroom apartment - spacious and comfortable. It was well equipped too, eg bbq on the balcony.
We enjoyed the marvellous view with its ever changing sky.
The stairs were a bit of a challenge but we got used to them.

A great house in a great location. Terrific views. Easy walk into town and next to the pier. Great floor plan giving separation between bedrooms. Very well appointed with a surprisingly good range of kitchen staples in the cupboards. Loved the coffee machine and bbq and board games. Plenty of space to relax.

Our stay during the P2P week was amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the number of accessories available to us was exceptional. Everything you could possibly want from cooking utensils through to condiments and cleaning products. It was a home away from home. Add to this magnificent views and a great friendly host who communicated quickly whenever we had a question. You could not wish for more.

A pleasure being able to deal with you personally. The bbq was not appealing to put into use. Batteries needed for the main bedroom remote. Fan in kitchen range hood not working. Beautiful views most enjoyed. Thankyou, Nino

Our apartment was spacious and the balcony was lovely. Lorne itself is a great spot to stay. We ate out every day and night and visited all the sites and did lots of walking. It was the ultimate rest.

Perfectly fitted out unit
A lovely, spacious, clean apartment for three adults to have a holiday. A relaxing location with views from each room. No awful hills to climb to reach the unit from town (very rare in Lorne).

Amazing views
Lovely space with great views. Well equipped but oven knob kept falling off and markers worn off making use very difficult. Coffee maker leaked.

Summer Holiday
Our family had a fantastic holiday in the Lorne Penthouse. Lovely walk in to town and close to the peer for fishing. Facilities were very clean and catered for every need. We all really enjoyed the mountain to surf run, and of course the beach is amazing. We will definitely return next summer.

We had a wonderful week at the Lorne Penthouse. The location was excellent and the property was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. It everything we needed (including a coffee machine and bbq) and catered for adults and children. It was very spacious and fabulous views of the water. We will be back next year!

This place has everything, amazing views, spacious living, comfortable beds and all the extras you need for a great holiday. The owners are generous with coffee pods and cooking essentials. Only downside is no Internet, but maybe that is a good thing😊

We didn't want to leave
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Penthouse. The views, the location, all the extra touches with plenty of kitchen ware and amenities. 3 nights was not enough and we will be back for sure but for longer next time.

Great apartment with a beautiful view
I spent 3 nights at this property and loved it. It was exactly like the pictures, with amazing views. It's very tastefully decorated, comes with linen and towels as well as a lot of the basics in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper, coffee). It had everything we needed. It was quiet and only a 10 minute walk to town. The Grand Pacific hotel is a 2 minute walk. Zora got back to me quickly whenever I had a question, very happy to help. Loved our stay and highly recommend this apartment.

The property was the ideal location for our holiday and the apartment was very comfortable.
We enjoyed staying in this apartment with expansive views of the ocean and clean and comfortable bedrooms. The living area and kitchen were just the right size for six people with plenty of room to relax and prepare meals. There are quite a few stairs to climb to reach the top floor, but it's worth it for the view. The apartment could be better equipped with extra toilet paper and liquid soap dispensers to ensure best hygiene. There was nothing in the fridge when we arrived. The pantry did have tea and coffee and some spreads. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Apartment spacious and well setup - even providing coffee machine with pods.
Only downside was having to climb 3 flights of stairs on a weekend when we had more than the usual luggage. Good undercover parking for the hot weather we experienced. Thank you for a great stay.

The location is fantastic, very peaceful and private with the convenience of all that Lorne has to offer just a short stroll away. We had our Christmas lunch on the balcony and could not have wished for a better setting. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has absolutely everything you need.

Great location with great views and space
The accomodation is light airy and clean. With all the facilities required for a family on holiday. Eat in or out - the choice was ours. Bedding was comfortable which meant I slept as well here as at home.
With two kids primary school age the distance to town is good walk to burn some of the energy.

We had a enjoyable stay at the Lorne Penthouse - it was clean and comfortable with all conveniences thought of. The rooms were spacious and the views were amazing - it was relaxing sitting on the balcony taking it all in. Overall we were impressed and would love to come back again.
