Super Wohnung gute Lage

Lage super-direkt am Strand. Jeden Tag konnten wir dort Schildkröten beobachten! Gute Ausstattung der Wohnung, wirkt gut gepflegt. Ein Bereich zum Wäsche waschen wird in der Anlage angeboten.

Ein Wäschekorb wäre toll und eine Möglichkeit die Strandsachen auf dem Balkon aufzuhängen. Jeden morgen zu 06.30Uhr kommt die Müllabfuhr...ist ab dann etwas lauter, da Schlafbereich zum Parkplatz geht.

Unit was good and the views were exceptional.

The rental unit was good overall. The view was exceptional; the kitchen and equipment was above par as was the living room furniture. The unit did show its age in some areas: 1. the mattress was old and we kept rolling to the center. 2. the A/C was to noise to use. 2. Some of the windows did not have handles so we could not open them for trade wind ventilation and the window above the front door did not have glass and was covered with a paper bag. 4. we were asked to keep the lanai door locked when not in the unit, we could not as both door locks did not work.

Install an elevator or ramp to the upper floors. Us older people have a hard time this stairs.

We had a fabulous stay and I would totally go back again.

Location was fantastic. Very close to many restaurants and sights. The condo has been remodeled since the photos online were taken. Everything but the shower appears to have been updated.

The air conditioner seemed to be preprogrammed and nothing we did would over ride the presets. It kept turning off and the condo would get warm. The only thing that saved us is we are from Texas and are accustomed to heat.

Would book again just for the view, even for the price

The property is steps from the water. Super nice beach with easy access.

Parking is strange. Small lot, with no numbered spaces. You find your own spot. For a condo it’s kinda small for the price. The bedroom is in the front next to the door vs being close to the windows to the beach. The bathroom is kinda old and dingy. For a place with a cleaning service it was not throughly cleaned when we arrived.

Maybe the best place we've every stayed - not the fanciest, or newest, just the best.

We've traveled a lot - around much of the world, and this was one of our most favorite places we've ever stayed. You walk out of the unit, across the condo's lawn, and you're on a beautiful beach. Really great for sunsets. During whale season you may see whales from your balcony. We met many guest that have been coming back to this place year after year, after year. ... and we understand why. We highly recommend this place.

The bed had a very, very soft foam materess. It was difficult to get used to and caused us to loose a bit sleep. Also, the only table is outside on the well-covered patio facing the ocean. This place was so fantastic, otherwise, that we'd still stay here again, and again, and again.

Would have been great if there wern't cockroaches in the kitchen.

The proximity to the private beach was nice. The balcony over the ocean was very nice. We ate dinner or breakfast on the balcony every day. The view of the sunset over the western part of the island and the water everyday was beautiful.

We had a cockroach problem. The first night we were there we were exhausted and just dumped our stuff and crashed. The second day we tried to make some food but when we pulled open the utensil drawer cockroaches scattered and ran for the back of the drawer. We told the owner expecting them to send an exterminator or something but all they did was drop off a bottle of raid. We sprayed a perimeter to the kitchen and sprayed that one drawer but it didn't really do anything. We either avoided that drawer or spent the rest of the time trying to kill the cockroaches when they came out. The room looked clean to us and we didn't leave any food out so maybe it is a gross neighbor that is causing the problem we don't know but we were unsatisfied with how the host handled it. They told us they would take care of it but "taking care of it" meant just dropping off a bottle of raid and letting us fend for ourselves with no offer of a discount or other compensation. Would not stay again.

Nothing to miss, very nice to have a relaxed Maui holiday!

Clean and well equipped kitchen. Nice balcony to have a lovely sea view and incredible sunsets. Pretty little pool to have a swim after a nice journey. Sun umbrella, beach chairs available.

Carpets are old and used, and give a bit a dirty impression (although the staff cleaned well before or arrival). Bedroom was next to the stairways to reach the other apartments, therefore at certain times a bit noisy and bright (light enters easily). Bad timing and not a general issue, but during our stay, they were renovating the apartment next to us - therefore pretty noisy on some days.

Nice Place and Location with Great View.

Great view from third floor! Located on the water!

NO elevator. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs several times a day which wore out aging body. Safe in room was broken. Front door was not closed/locked when we first walked into our room. You really had to pull on the door to make sure it latched shut.

Shhh don’t tell anyone about this place because we want it available next time we come to Maui which is hopefully soon

Loved the almost private beach and the close by restaurants and shopping. The condo was comfortable and clean. It was quiet and close to everything

The AC didn’t send enough air to the bedroom but with the extra fan we were comfortable

Perfect place for watching Maui sunset.

Right on beach front with beautiful sea view, perfect for watching sunset. The condo is quiet and well maintained. Supermarket and lots of eateries nearby.

Wonderful place - very comfortable, quiet & relaxing!

It was a wonderful area - easy parking, quiet, we felt we had the place to ourselves - wonderful view and beach access rocked ! Was amazing!

Great value for the money, and great location.

It was a pleasant stay, good for the price. It was our first time to Maui, the plan was to stay out as much as possible. We like the kitchen, the front view, the plan was to be out much of the time and enjoy the island. We came to sleep, we cooked some quick meals, but out we went to Snorkeling, Road to Hana, Sightseeing, trying different foods. I saw a couple of reviews about not being clean enough, the place is meant to sort of live in for the time of the stay. People so afraid of germs, and dust. Remember that a lot of beach sand is parrotfish poop. I would stay here again.

It might need a few updating around, couple of things were worn down.

Stayed in a bad condo.

Location

This applies to unit 312. All units are privately owned. The AC was old and noisy and no AC in the bedroom like most of the units in this complex. There is no onsite management for these units. Our safe never worked and the TV remote didn’t work and it took 2 days to have someone bring new batteries. The bed in the bedroom is old and uncomfortable and only a standard double bed. Too small for 2 people. This is NOT a hotel so each unit is different and managed by staff NOT at the property. Avoid unit 312.
