We are a PREMIER PARTNER. TERRASOL, newly revitalized, and our NEWLY REMODELED CONDO offers one mile of private beach along the Pacific Ocean yet is only a short ten minute walk to downtown Cabo's shopping, night life and activities. Our two bedroom condo with ocean view will comfortably accomodate a family of six, but it is also perfect for 2 couples traveling together or a romantic, extra spacious getaway for two. Fiberoptics Wi-fi available in our condo. Terrasol is the only full ownership condominium on the beach. Located on the tip of Land's End w/our own private beach, isolated from the noise, and yet just a ten minute walk to downtown, the marina and all the activities offered there. Terrasol has two pools with swim-up palapa bars and small palapa cafe offering drinks and wonderful breakfasts, lunch and light dinners (open from 9am to 6pm). The grounds of the complex are immaculately maintained and landscaped with native plants. Terrasol is a place of great serenity, where you can watch the migrating whales or relax by the oceanside pools. Taxis, pedi-cabs, water taxis,and even old time horse drawn carriages are always available. We have a great medical facility in Cabo, Ameri-med Hospital, w/state of the art equipment. Also, next to us we have Hotel Playa Grande, with a 24/7 urgent care center that you can walk to or just call them and they will pick you up and take you to the hospital. Both Playa Grande and Solmar Hotels, on the either side of us offer spas and beauty salons for all your needs. THIS 1800 SQUARE FOOT CONDOMINIUM OFFERS TWO BEDROOMS (MASTER BEDROOM HAS A KING SIZE BED AND THE SECOND BEDROOM HAS A QUEEN BED), TWO FULL SIZE BATHROOMS, AND SINGLE ROLLAWAY BED located in second bedroom closet, and another single pull out bed located in the living area. THE LARGE SECOND FLOOR UNIT's PATIO OFFERS A MAGNIFICIENT PACIFIC OCEAN VIEW. TERRASOL'S WATER SUPPLY IS PROVIDED BY OUR PRIVATE DESALINIZATION FACILITY and the water is very safe to drink. We also have fiber optics Wi-Fi in our condo. We send out 6 pages of information and everything you need to know to help you make decisions on places to go, things to see, activities to do, places to eat, transfers to and from the airport, etc. Our goal is for you and your family or friends to have a wonderful time in Cabo. Note: There are Terrasol resort fees paid by the guests at the end of their stay to the front desk upon checkout. You may use a credit card for these fees at the end of your stay. Resort fees are based below: 1 - 2 people $18.50/night 3 - 4 people $23.50/night 5 - 6 people $28.50/night $35 cleaning fee at end of stay

We were pleasantly surprised with the condo at Terrasol. In fact it was the highlight of our entire stay in Cabo. It had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the view was amazing, the people were friendly, the grounds were beautifully maintained, and you could hear the waves from the condo. We will definitely stay here again! Marcie’s detailed tips were very much used and appreciated. Thank you!

The condo was fantastic. Fully equipped with all that we needed. Location was amazing. Pools were mellow and relaxing. Staff was top notch. We will be returing for sure. Loved the private beach and no crowds.

Not only does this condo have everything you need and more the location of Terrasol is absolutely amazing!! Beautiful. I took a trip away from home with a friend we both wanted to get away from work and all the stress of everyday life. Our stay was exactly what we needed. The cafe on site was a nice plus as well. Everyone was accommodating. Highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay. Right on the beach with a swim up bar and restaurant. Close to everything down by the marina. Only negative was our room was still getting cleaned when we arrived, but we hung out at the pool until it was ready.

Our stay in Terrasol was amazing! And Marcie’s condo was the same! Clean and well stocked with all you need to be comfortable in a home away from home! Thanks to her and the great staff we had an awesome vacation in Cabo! Highly recommend this condo!

The property was okay. The food at the pool area closed way to earlier to enjoy. The location is great but the condo's build isn't for disabled folks at all.

Beautiful, well kept grounds. Met wonderful people, great service at the Palapa Bar, wish we were still there! The unit is perfect for 4 people, nice balcony. Never cooked in, but there was everything you needed to do so.

We had a great stay, did have a small problem with one of the air conditioners that was addressed quickly and fixed. The only Point that I am critical of with this stay has nothing to do with the property but that the beaches that are accessible from this area are beautiful but too dangerous to swim. However the pool was great and we bought a tour that took us to two amazing beaches in the area.

Gorgeous Views and Convenient Location
We stayed for a relaxing Girl's Trip and it was perfect! Easy walk to the Marina and places in town. Everyone at the resort was super friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed evenings on the patio. The resort is quiet and friendly, we thoroughly enjoyed the beach and the swim up pool bar. The condo is clean and has everything needed to stay. I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay and very good location
Really liked the property and very convenient place to stay if you plan on walking into town. It is a bit of a walk to the pool from the condo, but overall the property is very nice! One thing the manager could do better is make sure the wifi code is posted in an obvious place and easy to find. There are wifi codes on the airbnb listing and in the welcome packet that do not work and are old. Other than that paying a resort fee after paying for the property on airbnb is a little frustrating. Other than that this place is a great place to stay.

Fantastic place in Cabo
This beautiful condo is well stocked and very comfortably furnished. We really loved watching the colorful ocean sunrise from the balcony. I don't see how you could beat the relaxing location, with the private stretch of beach, beautiful pools and the easy walk to the Marina area where can dine, shop and walk around in all the action. Marcie was SO helpful with information and quickly responsive to any question we had.

Beautiful, safe, quiet place to stay while in Cabo San Lucas
This condo is beautifully decorated with a gorgeous ocean view. Comfortable beds with all the amenities of home. We bought groceries and ate most of our meals here. Peaceful evenings where you can feel the winds come through when you leave the sliding glass doors open and leave the front door open. We felt so safe, and there wasn't a need to have the AC units running when you can also hear the waves hit the shore. It was so relaxing that we didn't want to leave. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us.

Great place and owner.
We really enjoyed our time in Cabo and loved the condo and it’s location. The condo is remodeled, clean and comfortable and you really can’t beat the location. The owners is incredibly welcoming and responsive. Hopefully we’ll be back!

Nicest Condo in Terrasol
We have stayed in various condos in Terrasol over the past 12 years. This is the absolute nicest one we have ever stayed in! As soon as I entered I knew this was an exceptional place. It is nicely updated, with many interesting design touches throughout. It was super clean, had all the amenities you would need, even coffee in the fridge and detergent in the laundry room. AND nothing was broken in the condo, which is not typically what you find in Terrasol condos, since they are older.
Also, my husband fell in love with the recliner chair in the living room!
We stayed in September, so it was really too hot to use the outdoor deck, but we did sit out there one evening looking at the moon's reflection on the ocean and it was so nice. The ocean waves could even be heard while sleeping with the windows closed!

Amazing Place!
This place was beyond incredible. Marcy's place had everything we needed and more. perfect quiet location. Walking distance to downtown. hardly used a cab. Would definitely book again. Thanks Marcy for quick response when having any questions.

Second time at this property. Excellent location, easy walk to the marina and restaurants, yet quiet and relaxed. Property itself is exactly as described, updated, clean and very comfortable. Will be back to stay in future.
