About this house rental
Located in Nederland, this lovely house for R 11,828 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Amazing view Two-minute drive to downtown Nederland Modern, high-end design Timberline Haus is a stunning modern home overlooking Barker Reservoir. This home is just a quick 15-minute drive from Eldora Ski Resort and is optimally located to enjoy first-tracks on the slopes before the mid-morning rush. After enjoying a day in the mountains, stop on by and experience the local fun in downtown Nederland. NOTE: Home has beds to accommodate 10 people, but occupancy is limited to 6 per Boulder County. The dirt road to the home can be challenging, especially in winter. Please consider 4x4 or at least All Wheel Drive. When you first pull up to this home, you will notice its nothing like any of the other properties around! You will be able to park your car in the garage and head right into this beautiful home. There is free wifi throughout the home. When you first walk in from the garage you will be in the "mud room" and that's where the washer and dryer are which you have access to during your stay. You will probably notice all the floors are concrete and heated, neat! Once you get into the house you will be swept away by the views overlooking the Barker Reservoir, and how open the floor plan is with the kitchen and living room. Step outside to the huge deck where you can enjoy a nice BBQ dinner while hanging by the fire pit with the family. Please note: It is difficult to darken the living room for daytime TV or movie viewing. There is a flat screen in the bunk room for better day viewing but not a lot of seating. The master bedroom is on the main floor and is filled with ceiling to floor windows overlooking the reservoir. Don't worry, we have black out curtains for when you need a nap after skiing or hiking all day. There is a master bathroom attached to the master bedroom and a huge closet! Working your way downstairs is where you will find 2 more bedrooms, and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a queen bed and an attached bathroom and the other bedroom has 2 big bunkbeds where you can send the kids to play. Stepping outside from the downstairs you will find a covered back deck with a hot tub. The views while sitting in the hot tub are just spectacular and a great way to finish up your day in the mountains! Boulder County License: VR-21-0002

Every time i stay at a hotel or i rent any property i think that next time at this area I'll stay at a different place just to try something new.
This house is so excellent that i want to stay only here if i happen to travel to Colorado again.
Floor plan, design, location exceeded our expectations. We were only sad when we were leaving it.

I have stayed at rental properties all over the country. I have never experienced the perfect property....until now. Everything about this place is the pinnacle of perfection. It is the perfect hoise, in the perfect location. The staff of Skyrun is world class. Upon check-in, they texted me with a number that made them available 24/7. If you have any little ones, the house comes stocked with things to make life simple. High chair, baby gate, back packer for hiking, etc.
Then, there are the views. Ive never been in awe like that. Opening the wall of glass and having an open air home to stay in was perfect. You will not regret staying here!

We loved this place. The hot tub, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and especially THE VIEW. The one caveat would be that the main TV could use a change is the projector TV is useless when there is a sunny day (sunlight drowns out the projector). THanks for a great place.

This beautiful home was perfect for our family! Nederland never fails to have outstanding restaurants for such a small town. Close to many trails of various hiking levels. Very comfortable, fantastic views! Communiation with Linda and staff at SkyRun was great!

What an exceptional property! Perfect blend of clean and modern yet comfy and cozy! Almost at the peak of a mountain with unobstructed, stunning views. Perfect temperatures in the summer! Imagine being less than 30 minutes from Boulder, the city that has everything you could possibly need AND less than a 2 mile walk/run/drive to the adorable small town of Nederland. Can only imagine how wonderful this place would be during Ski Season. While we typically ski other areas of Colorado, after staying in Nederland, we would definitely consider coming back to this house and skiing Eldora. We have stayed in so many vacation homes and this was definitely one of the best. Top notch. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

We booked the Timberline Haus for a small artist retreat, and it turned out to be the ideal location! The terrace is perfect for morning coffee and writing. Every indoor space receives ample natural light that is conducive to creative practices. The options for hiking are ample and conveniently nearby. We look forward to staying again :)

The house is beautiful with great views of the reservoir and mountains. It is situated close to Boulder, Rocky Mtn. Nat’l Park, Estes. Great kitchen and well equipped. It is very remote however and there is not much to do in the town of Nederland but it’s accessible for driving excursions. Hot tub does not work too well.

Long weekend away, and this was perfect. Proximity to Boulder and hiking trails was fantastic, along with the cute little town of Nederland. I hope to come back!

We had a fantastic stay during spring break. About 5 min to Nederland, 25 min from Boulder and 15 min from Eldora, you’re not far from anything. The house is stunning and so comfortable. We had great communication with SkyRun, the managers and they were available to answer all questions. Loved the hot tub after skiing! 10/10 would book again.

Great family rental
This house had everything you need if you have children. Toys, games, high chair, pack n play, baby gate. You name it! I’m only giving 4 stars because the sunscreen behind the projector screen didn’t stay down so we were unable to watch movies or tv unless it was dark outside and with it being summer, that wasn’t until after our kids were in bed. We also didn’t have hot water the last night of our trip and had to take hot showers. Our coffee maker didn’t work the first morning; however, SkyRun personnel delivered a new one to our house that day so we had fresh coffee in the morning. Overall, I would stay here again.

We booked this unit for our leadership offsite. It was stunning and perfect. The only glitch was that the hottub was out of commission for our entire trip. However, the property manager did a great job of communicating throughout. We'll be back!

About an hour out of Denver and 30 min from Boulder. Small market in town if you need something and ski resort 15 min away. I’ve stayed in 50+ Short term rentals for work and travel and this is easily in the top 5. Views, location, amenities, check in all good

This is a beautiful property! The property mgr was fabulous & even brought us Texans some more blankets to help us stay cozy! Communication was great. Home is very spacious. It was super windy, but that was stated in the description & we were expecting it. The kitchen is well equipt & we were able to make nice dinners, breakfasts & even did a little baking without worry! Town is super close for quick trips for groceries and it’s a short, scenic drive to Boulder, which we loved stopping to explore along the way! Overall, this was just an amazing place to spend our little get away!

Beautiful place and great hospitality
My family had a lovely stay at this property. It is beautiful inside and out and the views are breathtaking. It's a calming getaway, close to town and nearby natural attractions. The responsiveness and thoughtfulness of Sky Run staff was outstanding and made it all even better. Thank you for a lovely getaway!

Perfect getaway for the family!
This is a fantastic home for families, especially those with older children. Very clean with an open and inviting floor plan. The home has many great extras, such as a closet full of games; a hot tub overlooking the lake, and plenty of cookware to use in the high-end kitchen. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay and experience working with SkyRun!
