Two of the king bedrooms have dual vanities and walk-in showers. All bedrooms in the home have a TV and BluRay player and slider to the wraparound deck. A laundry room is also on this level which contains a laundry sink, slider to a private deck and a large table that can be used for children's crafts or folding laundry. Find a half bath on the landing leading up to the top level great room, which impresses with hardwood flooring, cathedral ceilings, blue ocean views and lots of space. A plush leather sectional surrounds the 65" flat screen TV with BluRay and Bluetooth system for gathering in front of a movie at the end of the day. The chefs in the family will be pleased with the bright kitchen featuring granite countertops and many conveniences from home. The breakfast bar seats four to compliment the large dining table. Just outside the slider from the dining area is a porch with picnic table for dining al fresco with an amazing view of the AVON SURF. Back inside you'll enjoy another four-seat table which flips to expose a poker table for even more fun.
