The apartment is very new, beautiful and was very clean.
There is a nice swimming pool, although is not heated.
10 minutes drive from la Lanzada beach. Also a short drive for many other nice villages and beaches.
Grocery stores 2 minutes drive.
Conviniente Parking space in the building, and it was free.

The apartment was quite comfortable, had a great view. The pool was also a big hit!
The kitchen was not properly equiped enough with pots and pans, cuttery and other tools. There was no dishwashing machine, and no proper provisions to do cleaning in general.
There was hardly any staff other than cleaners. We did not know how to check out, no communication.
