location was nice, south of lake rather than in town centre so it felt more local. A short walk to centre. Large light airy room with all necessary facilities incl small kitchen and washing machine. Exceptionally welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean beds.

The location is superb. It’s very convenient to reach all the attractions nearby. The staffs are super friendly and helpful to support us with information and other arrangement. The facilities and room are exceptionally clean. We did enjoy our 5-night stay here very much and hope to come back again soon.

The room was stunning. spacious and well lit. very comfortable bed.

The room is clean, spacious, bright light. I love the big windows in the bedroom, which show a city view with lots of trees. The beds are so comfy, soft, and clean. They have a cute large bathroom. The hotel location is perfect. We can go to all the popular areas fast.

Very tiny lobby area. Too less staff. They locked the front door at 11 pm and open again around 6-7 am, which may be inconvenient for those who had late-night hangouts, or joining early trips. We had a tour that picked us up at 4 am. So we had to try to find the staff room at the back of the hotel and try to wake the staff up to open the door for us.

Room quality was great - a lot of rooms in Dalat seem to look nice, but end up being low quality. These rooms were comfortable and good value for money.

A couple of electronics didn't work properly in the room - e.g. the fan wasn't very good and the bedside light didn't work - I didn't mention it as it was not a big deal. Can't complain about much - everything was good.

The room is very large and clean. The shower pressure and water temperature we good. Room was cleaned daily.

My partner and I booked the N’Queen as the room had a kitchen. We thought it would be nice to cook a couple of times since we were there for 1 week. There were no cooking utensils, no chopping board, only 1 small knife that wasn’t suitable for cutting meat or vegetables. No plates, just 2 different sized bowls that were made from Melamine which is not suitable for use in a microwave. So not only could we not cook, we couldn’t even heat something up in the microwave because the bowls were made from Melamine and will burn and crack. There was even one of the bowls that had a burn/crack mark from a previous hotel guest and it was odd that something didn’t click with the hotel staff that melamine cannot be used in the microwave. My partner was later told that we could ask for any further kitchen items we need but it all just became too hard. There was no shower curtain so the bathroom floors were constantly wet. The shower floor mats were small and were soaked every shower. With the weather being cold in Da Lat they were not easy to dry. There is a washing machine but no clothes horse. There is no heating in the room. Just a pedestal fan which is not helpful in winter. We asked about heating on our arrival and were told there wasn’t one. So I went to the store and bought one. When we returned from the shops, the hotel staff then mentioned they could get us one. Obviously this would have been helpful if we were told this before we went and bought a heater. We were eventually given a heater but we ended up just using the one I bought. I don’t like to usually say anything negative at all when reviewing somewhere, but the final nail in the coffin that made me write this review was the hotel staff asking my girlfriend if we could lie to Booking.com and say we didn’t stay there so the hotel didn’t have to pay fees to booking.com or pay tax to the government. My girlfriend was offered a free taxi ride to the airport if I agreed to it.
