The staff and guides were excellent at all moments! They consistently went out of their way to make out stay more enjoyable. Very professional. The location, rooms and facilities were beautiful, well-maintained and super comfortable.
The only little thing we can say we didn’t like was when we ordered food the first day, it took more than an hour for it to come out. Aside from that, it was truly a great experience.

everything was incredible! the staff was absolutely wonderful and honestly some of the kindest people I have ever met. the room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. and the whole property was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen.

Luis, the owner, could not have been more helpful. He helped us arrange transportation from Quito airport (and back), greeted us at our late arrival and offered us a late evening cocktail and dinner. The rooms were great and breakfast was fantastic.

- the staff didn't speak any English, but that wasn't a problem thanks to Google translate and a friendly guest who translated for us
- it's an hour drive to Mindo, so if you plan on doing a lot of tours (birding etc) you might wanna consider staying in town

The location is great. Plenty of activities to keep you busy all weekend. The bed was great
The could improve with the breakfast, not just serve whatever they want. That’s something I don’t like.

The food is very good and the staff is very friendly. Everything was done to meet our expectations. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooms are very well kept.
I asked for two rooms next to each other and I was assured that was going to be arranged. When we arrived they overlooked this issue and we didn't got the rooms we asked.

Our room was lovely. Daniella (staff) was very helpful and attentive and the owner helped us learn our way to our more remote destinations. The locations of the lodge is "off the beaten path," which was fine with us and convenient to reach the clouds forests in which we were hiking and birding.
No complaints at all.
