The condo is in a quiet area with direct ocean front access and a short walk to a public beach that wasn't crowed at all. The condo was perfect size for the two of us. We were in close proximity to all the island had to offer, but removed from the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities. There were some great restaurants close by which was nice.

Perfect place for my husband and I . The owner communicated often and was very hospitable. The condo is perfect for a couple on a vacation. It was nice to have an insulated bag provided so we could truck around the island without having to make a special stop for drinks or food. It's close to a little town so you don't have to drive far for groceries or whatever is needed for your trip. Did I mention it's right next to a beach? :)

Improvement required : Cleaning staff missed putting soap. Bathroom needs upgrade : shower head not adjustable, old bathtub tiles. Kitchen has all new appliances but dinner plates and bowls were not microwavable. Basic pantry like sugar was missing. Closet door broken. Bluetooth speaker's remote not working. Good part : Only few steps away from beach. Location was central. Owner responded very quickly. Overall for short stays, this is a good property. All new kitchen appliances but bathroom needs upgrade.

Great beach and pool. Condo was well appointed. Bed mattress sinks in middle. Bedroom closet door needs track and roller fixed. Overall a good place.

We spent a lovely couple of nights in this bay after 3 nights further around the coast in Napili. The apartment had everything we needed. Beautiful kitchen and appliances. Aircon was awesome. Very comfortable apartment. Recommend Tante’s Fishmarket Restaurant & Bar for dinner. Happy hour cocktails until 6pm USD$3.80 each. Great menu & prices. 15 min walk or short drive away. Thanks Craig for a wonderful stay.

We spent two weeks at this property in November. The property was super clean (kuddos to the cleaners), and just about 20 steps to the pool/beach as per the description. Craig was in contact with us right away to let us know details about check-in and helped us with a couple questions. The location was really great! I can't emphasize this enough. Quick access to west Maui, quick access to shopping in the north (read Costco, Target, Walmart), and quick access to Kihei area. Having the beach so close was also a treat - you could put your toes in the sand within about 30 seconds of leaving the condo. Also want to say thanks to the caretaker who helped us twice - once when I jammed coins in the laundry machine and once when we were having an issue with the grill (really nice grills btw). No place is perfect, and there were just a few negatives - a leaky faucet, a broken kitchen drawer, a rather old (but functional) living room curtain. We made Craig aware of these and he plans to work on getting them repaired. Also, we tried sleeping one night with the windows open, but there was a rather strong sewage smell (only happened a couple days of the 17 days there, and they pump the system regularly), the roosters crowing at 5 am, and the noise of kids fussing at 6 am encouraged us to not try that again. We often opened the windows in early morning and evening (lovely), but closed them up during the heat of the day and at night so no noise/smell issues. We didn't try the pool, but it seemed a popular option with others. Would stay here again!

As family of 4 we spent 19 days in this property through Christmas 2021 and the new year 2022, clean condo had all necessary requirement to enjoy comfortable beach vacation only few steps from the beach, great location to visit the island. Craig was great host very responsive. Highly recommend, I will book this property again and again...

Craig’s condo is adorable. We were there only there a short time so we didn’t have a chance to use the kitchen but it looked well stocked. I would highly recommend it.

We stayed for 14 days and absolutely loved the condo. Very comfortable, had all the necessary items (beach gear, cooking items, etc) , was really clean and had a romantic feel. The condo is tucked away in the back corner so the patio area feels private and the access to the wonderful beach there is really easy. We loved the shower! The bed was very comfortable. The little deli/store right down the way (Trade Winds) was super convenient. Loved that the condo was centrally located on Maui. Craig was an excellent and attentive host. Thanks Craig! We would definitely come back.

It was our first time to Maui and we didn't know anything about the island. We picked Craig's place based solely on his VRBO add and the price. And we were NOT disappointed. The condo is great. It's quiet , clean, and right on the beach. It was stocked with pretty much anything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, cooler, a couple sets of snorkel gear, boogie boards, etc). Craig is really good to work with. He answers calls and texts almost immediately and even contacted us a couple times just to check in and see if we needed anything. We had nothing but a positive experience and a fantastic trip. We'll definitely be back!

Craig’s condo had everything we needed for a short stay before we moved to another condo in Paia. Well equipped with boogie boards, beach chairs and towels. Nice shower, comfy bed and responsive owner!

What a lovely clean and homely unit. Only a short 10 minute walk to Maalàea harbor and shops. I would definitely stay here again. My only issue was we could hear the thudding of small children running back and forward from the apartment above us. It was non stop. This however should not reflect on what an awesome place this is to stay. Enjoy.

Wish we had more time here! Quiet spot with great wind flow from the trades. The beach is right off the property and great place to see a sunrise. Some shops within walking distance and food choices too. Easy to access whole island from here. Will be back! Mahalo

Craig was so awesome. He treated me like family, so welcoming, so accommodating, very very helpful! Our one-night stay was perfect!! We were able to have a late check out and enjoyed the morning with no rush to get out. Beautiful condo.

****Check in was delayed due to Room not cleaned yet **** Water heater went out first day, but was fixed immediately 2nd day...only 32 gal Water heater, so not more then 10 min shower, and had to wait a while till another person could take a shower due to no hot water. ****Electrical was all messed up..they had to come rearrange wiring in order for multiple things to work. ****only 2 beach towels for a week stay ****very noisy (Early Morning) due to up stairs condo, but guess its a condo and not a home like we live in. Positive note: very clean, new appliances, centrally Located, nice Management people and Workers and Owner Avail to contact anytime Overall had a great week in Maui and will visit again, Possibly stay at another location
