Spacious living area features a 52" TV, with granite counter tops, brand new appliances, and lovely dining area. The unit will sleep 2-4 adults comfortably with one large bedroom with a queen sized bed, large closet area, and a 26" tv. It also has a pull-out sleeper sofa, and a queen-sized air mattress. Hampton Beach is a premier resort destination in the northeast, recently voted as having one of the Top 10 Best Beach Boardwalks in America by USA Today. Hampton Beach features a variety of activities for all ages including shopping, restaurants, arcades, mini-golf, fireworks, water activities, and more. The unit is located a short distance from the unique beach towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH. My husband and I had an awesome stay. The place is very well kept and very spacious. Wish there was a few more kitchen items, such as baking sheets but we made do. Also wish there was a grill on site but not a huge deal breaker. The host was great at getting back to us if we had any questions too. Overall we would definitely stay here again.

Rich was wonderful to work with - the property is exactly as described. Perfect location to walk downtown and plenty of restaurants in the area for food. The entire building is well maintained and clean.

This place was absolutely wonderful top to bottom! The beds couches, furnishings and little details that were in place made it a fantastic stay. He has everything one might need and I would absolutely love to be contacted about how he gets that wonderful water pressure in the shower. It’s a stones throw from the beach and one of the best accommodations I have stayed in. 100/10!!

Condo was exactly as advertised and exceptionally clean. When there were any questions, Rich was just a text or email away and always replied super quickly. Would highly recommend this location to anyone lucky enough to visit the area!!

Great location- 1 block from beach but still quiet and private. Comfortable bed. Amenities were a bit sparse and needed restocking. 2 single women need wine glasses and ice.

Thank you Rich for a wonderful stay! We didn’t have many questions because communication was outstanding. A few questions we did have he responded promptly. Linens are there, laundry in unit, every convenience and for Hampton remarkably quiet. Highly recommend, great experience with the rental.

Our weekend was full of rain so we spent more time in the condo than planned so it was nice to have all the necessities. The condo is very new and modern and cozy. Rich is one of the best hosts I’ve dealt with and we look forward to coming back! Loved the attention to detail!!
