If heating of the pool is desired please notify us forty-eight (48) hours in advanced as to allow the pool to reach optimal temperature.  The pool is 5 feet deep max.   **The pool will be heated to a maximum of 80 degrees. This cannot be changed and may be less in very cold weather*   **** Per State Law all private pools must have alarms on all windows and doors that can led to the pool. This home is equipment with this state required alarm****   No Pets: No pets of any kind are permitted in 'Blue Dune .' No exceptions will be made.
