Located on a bluff it is the last house on a dead end street with a private path across one acre down to the beach. The Love Shack is a special hide away spot all of our guest return to over and over again.You are so close to everything yet feel away from it all. You can walk to restaurants, bakeries, surf shops, and beach bars. No Passport needed for US travelers! Let us know if you would like to schedule surf lessons or massages. See you in Rincon!

We enjoyed our stay at the Loveshack. We loved the view from the deck. Its very rustic and I had to remove a few spiders but this is to be expected. My son enjoyed the shower on the deck as the inside only gets lukewarm. The sunrise was amazing. Short drive to beaches and restaurants easy parking. We will come back here again.

My wife and I had an excellent time here. We spent the mornings drinking coffee and eating breakfast on the deck. It is amazingly private even though the house is at the end of a street. The walk to the private beach was VERY steep but worth the trek. There are hiking/walking trails to the lighthouse and a few restaurants are within walking distance. It is a very short drive to Rincon and to grocery stores. The wifi didn't work while were there although I am sure it is an easy fix. We were too busy enjoying the paradise around us to care. We went to a local art fair, snorkeled at Tres Palmas, drove to La Parguera and took a boat taxi to the mangrove islands--the trip was simply great. Some of my favorite times were sitting on the deck with a beverage in hand watching the sunrise, thunderstorms pass by, or simply enjoying the view. Thank you for a great stay!

The cottage is comfortable and breezy. We loved relaxing and doing yoga on the porch and the short walk down to the private beach. We had a wonderful, relaxing time.

The perfect spot for a relaxing vacation - we loved the beach access and patio and the view, plus it was quiet but still close to everything we needed. If we make it back to PR someday, we'd stay here again!

The cottage was in a great location with unbelievable views! We enjoyed sitting on the very quiet beach. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay again.

All about the view!
We had a lovely time in Rincon and staying at “the love shack.” The view is spectacular from the deck. The private beach and lighthouse trail are pluses. The hill to the private beach is not for bad knees—but there are loads of beaches to visit within a few minutes. The accommodation’s were as pictured and the bed very comfortable. Check-in process was a breeze. You must try Estela’s for dinner. Delicious! Most restaurants are closed Sunday, Monday so plan accordingly. All-all a great retreat to relax.

The little house was a tiny slice of heaven, and was beyond any of our expectations. My eyes welt up with tears when we arrived at the beauty of the view from the porch. The location is great—just a short drive to all kinds of restaurants and beautiful beaches. And whats better than your own private beach?! I can't say enough good things about Rincon and The Love Shack. I'd be more than happy to visit again!

Carol's property is a 10/10! The inside space is comfortable and inviting, and the wraparound porch view is unimaginably gorgeous. The location is close to a lot of good restaurants, beaches, and the town of Rincón, but just far enough away to enjoy the sounds/views of the ocean and forest. Carol was easy to communicate with and was very friendly and responsive. Our only issue was that we could never get the stove to work but we only wanted to use it to make eggs in then morning so it was very minor. The Love Shack may be a small one room cabaña, but has a wrap around deck, with a big view, where you'll spend most of your time, and is by far our favorite location in Puerto Rico.

This was our second time at the Love Shack and have already booked for next year. The spectacular location and views are the best in Rincon. Dennis was always available to help out when water and electricity went out, (a somewhat frequent occurrence in Puntas). Located at the end of a dead end street the only sound you will hear is the roar of the ocean below. A short walk down the very steep drive, past the noisy, but friendly, dogs gets you to your own private beach area, and to the paths to the lighthouse to the west, or to Pools beach to the east - all without getting in the car or walking on the roads. The Love Shack may be a small one room cabaña, but has a wrap around deck, with a big view, where you'll spend most of your time, and is by far our favorite location in Puerto Rico.

Huge, secluded deck with inspiring views...my husband takes frequent naps in the hammock listening to the waves crashing on the beach below and wonderful coqui frogs in the evening. Location is perfect...close to Sandy, Domes, Marias and Dogmans Beach for surfing and The Steps for great snorkeling.

Love shack was a great place to stay it has amazing views and was perfect to hear the rain storms on the roof owners were very accommodating definitely put this on a place to stay in PR

The name lives up to the property.
The home was clean and has a lot of character to it. It's a great escape and has beautiful views of the waters and trees! The landlord was easy to communicate with and very helpful during our stay. The beaches are lovely around here and there is one walking down from the house too. Would definitely come back and recommend others to stay here.

Everything was perfectly clean and the check in / out process was easy. Not everything was as pictured or described in the photos but it was all minor and nothing we couldn't live without.

The Love Shack was such a wonderful treasure! It is extremely private, peaceful, and just what we needed. The views from the deck are spectacular. The beach is secluded and requires some walking down a steep driveway, but once you get to the beach, so well worth it! The birds and wildlife was such a treat. Carol was a very accomadating host and was quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. We would love to return to this Heavenly retreat in the future. Thanks again for a spectacular stay!
