Summary: Welcome to our luxurious 2-floor chalet located just steps away from the south base ski lift in the Blue Mountains. With room for up to 20 guests, it's the perfect spot for family reunions, corporate retreats, or a fun-filled getaway with friends. You can enjoy all that Blue Mountain has to offer and retreat to this wonderful chalet. Our chalet is a licensed STA accommodation for 20 people. License Number: LCSTR20210000212. We understand that it takes time to plan your getaway. You can lock in desired dates and prices now and have the flexibility to book whenever you're ready. Simply fill out the Contact Us Form located at the bottom. Please provide: • Your contact information • Your preferred dates • The name of the property you're interested in Our dedicated agents will be delighted to assist you every step of the way. The Space: As you step inside, you'll immediately feel at home in the warm and inviting post-and-beam design. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group, and the BBQ outside is perfect for summer cookouts. After dinner, relax in the comfortable living room or challenge your friends to a game of ping pong. The highlight of this chalet is the outdoor Hot Tub, which is open year-round for your enjoyment - the perfect spot to unwind and relax. We provide our guests with access to Free High-Speed Wi-Fi and Free Parking for up to 8 cars on the driveway. Our chalet is pet-friendly, so you can take your furry friends with you. Guest Access: This is a self-check-in property. On the day of the check-in, you will receive an Arrival Message with the Access Code for a door lock. The Arrival Message will be sent to you as long as we have received: • Filled-out Online Check-in Form, that is sent to you after your reservation is confirmed • Required documents, like signed Rental Agreement and a picture of government-issued ID • Pre-authorized Damage Deposit, which is required for every reservation Standard Check-in Time - 4 PM. Standard Check-out Time - 11 AM. Early Check-in and Late Check-out can be requested, however, they are not guaranteed and are subject to approval. An additional $50 will be applied for Early Check-in or Late Check-out extra services, once they are confirmed. The Neighborhood: This chalet is just a stone's throw away from the bustling Blue Mountain Village, where you'll have easy access to a variety of shops, restaurants, and the best ski lifts in the area. Nature lovers will appreciate the rental's proximity to Northwinds Beach, located on the beautiful spot of Georgian Bay. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to Craigleith Provincial Park, which offers miles of hiking and biking trails that wind through the breathtaking natural beauty of the Blue Mountains. Scenic Caves Nature Adventures is another popular destination for outdoor adventurers. This attraction offers a variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, zip-lining, and cave exploring. Scandinave Spa is a must-visit destination for you if you are looking for relaxation. This world-renowned spa is just short drive away and offers a variety of hot and cold baths, saunas, and relaxation areas surrounded by beautiful forested landscapes. Getting Around: You can find the best way to our chalet by visiting your own unique and personal Guest Portal. You will have access to it once you have made your reservation and filled out your Online Check-in Form. Other Things to Note: • There is a Community STA fee of $100 applicable with each rental. • A Pre-Authorized Damage Deposit is required to gain access to the property. Renters under 25 will be subject to a higher Damage Deposit and an Extra Security Charge. • Linens are provided upon request at a fee of $150, for the entire chalet. Included in each linen set are a fitted sheet, top sheet, and 2 pillowcases. Linen is packaged and sealed for our guest protection and left at the end of each bed. Please confirm if linens are required no later than 5 days prior to your arrival. You are more than welcome to bring your own sheets and pillowcases. • A BBQ Grill is provided for your use. Propane is provided upon request at a fee of $50. Please confirm if propane is required, no later than 5 days prior to your arrival. You are more than welcome to provide your own propane. • Please note, bath towels are not provided. Please have your guests bring their own towels. We do provide kitchen towels, shower mats, and hand towels in each of the bathrooms. Also, for each bathroom, we provide 3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 box of Kleenex, a hand-washing soap, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. Interaction with Guests: At Stay at Blue Mountain we provide our guests with unique and personalized Guest Portal. Once you've made your reservation and filled out the Online Check-in Form, you'll receive access to your own Guest Portal. There's no need to download any apps or worry about compatibility issues - all you need is an internet connection. On this Portal you will be able to: • Review information about your stay • Learn how to use chalet amenities • Explore the neighborhood • Request extra services • Connect with our agents The Guest Portal is also designed to be shared with other members of your group. Each person will have their own portal with access to all the same information and features, so everyone can stay informed and up-to-date throughout their stay.

We had a group of girls stay here for a weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet residential neighborhood, great location. Quick drive to the village, or you could walk. Right across from ski lifts, which we didn't need. 10 minute drive to downtown Collingwood/Grocery Store/Walmart etc. House was perfect. Lots of bedrooms. 3 bathrooms which was nice! Had everything you needed in the kitchen. You could tell the house had been lived in and some things appeared worn, but still everything was very clean and in good shape. Open concept with the loft open upstairs to see the main floor below- so it could feel echo-y and loud once we all got talking, but honestly, not a big deal. Communication with the property was easy and efficient with quick responses. Hot tub worked, good water and water pressure in showers. The property had security check in with us once or twice, making sure check in was ok and we were reminded of the noise bylaws. Not an issue. Only two recommendations - there wasn't any mirrors in the bedrooms which wasn't ideal for a house of females! And the showers didn't have little shelfs or racks to put your shampoo bottles or soap bars on, which was a tad frustrating. Definitely worth it for the price. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

We stayed here with family for my dad and uncles birthdays and it was a great time. The place was clean and quiet and proximity to the village was great too. Definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a Blue Mountain getaway!

This location was perfect for a larger golf group. Close to the village for restaurants and central for golf courses. Hosts were very accommodating!

This house was in total disrepair inside and out when we arrived. It was dirty inside and smelled. The stove was broken, no sheets for the bed were provided (we paid extra for linens) and there was garbage left behind. The furniture was old and beds and mattresses were warped and unfit for sleeping. The water in the showers never got hot, just lukewarm. Everything in the house felt “sticky” and was not clean. A few of our personal items were left in a closet and they were never “found” by the cleaning staff and thus could not be returned to us. This was a terrible home to stay in and not a luxury house like advertised. I would never stay here again.
