will definitely book again
close to everything but still peaceful, clean and complete amenities, friendly staff and worth the money
nothing about the property, just the fact that the town is experiencing electricity shortage/ fluctuation every night. Hope they get to fix it as number of tourists will rise in the following months.

All was good.
I like the location and the staff’s attitude.
There was no proper ventilation in the comfort room. The internet was not that fast if you’re inside the room, and you have to go outside the room to get good signal, which might be difficult when you’re a freelancer.

MUST READ - STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!
Nothing
Everything. From the second we arrived the place ,we could notice that none of the pictures they put on booking.com is on par with the reality. The maintenance of the place is extreamly poor; Our room was full of thick dust layer everywhere, the AC could barely work and as we checked the AC filter, it was clogged and clearly was not cleaned for a very long time. The bathroom door fell off the doorframe because the hinges and screws where all loose and the doorframe was cracked and broken in many places around the hinges. The sink was barely attached and could very easily fall if we just lean on it in the lightest way. The worst thing was - red fire ants, crawling on the bed sheets and pillows. Even after mopping them away from bed it was extremely hard to get a good sleep because they just kept crawling on the bed and biting us. After speaking to the receptionist he moved us to another room which he claimed to be cleaned very well. We moved our luggage to the new room and went out for a dinner. After returning back to the room we turned the light on and unfortunately, again, all the bed was covered with red fire ants, all of our belongings where covered by the ants. My girlfriend's underwear was also covered with them and if she wouldn't check them before wearing it could lead to a very hurtful situation which you can imagine. Once again we spoke to the receptionist and wanted him to speak to the owner and even to meet him and deliberate about some compensation for the aggravation we've been through. He told us that the owner is in Manila and that he would tey to convince him for some compensation. He took our phone number and promised us that he will contact us the next day. You guessed right. We got ghosted by him and did not get any answer whatsoever. Do yourself a favor! if fire ant bites is something you dont want, DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!

Horrible experience, way too expensive for what you get
The room was big, bed was comfortable and a little closet to store our stuff.
During our whole stay we had an ants plague. There we ants literally everywhere!!! They were in all our bags and toiletries (they are obsessed with cotton buds idk why) and even on our toothbrushes. It was so bad we had to store our toothbrushes in the fridge, the only place the ants couldn’t come. The room was very dirty especially the floor. Little stains on the sheets and towels. Shower water smelled (but that’s on the whole island i believe). I would never recommend this place to anyone for the high price you pay.

Satisfied overall, except for the partly flooded street from the Main Street to the hotel.
In there was no breakfast. Ample space for three.
Headboard and mattress box was dusty. We all had mosquitoe bites each nite.

Very good
Close to Tourism Road. Walkable distance to bars and restaurants
Towel had stain spots, door to balcony was hard to close and to open.
