The house and its location were fantastic. Close to Main Street for dinners and close to the highway for a day trip to Alta. The hot tub was great after a long day on the slopes and the pool table great for after dinner fun! The house was generally well stocked and had plenty of comfortable beds, however, having more glassware and paper goods would have been appreciated. Overall an exceptional property!!!

This is a really big house, which was perfect for four families with kids. The house is extremely well stocked. It has everything you need for cooking and baking, including basic condiments. All the fireplaces worked great. Neighborhood is nice and peaceful. The hot tub were great. There are even two sets of washers and dryers. Sally communicated well and quickly. We had absolutely no issues during our stay, and would absolutely choose this place again in the future. The location to Park city is very convenient. About a 12 minute drive.

We had a great time staying at Sally’s home. Check in process was easy and this is home with lots of space and privacy. We enjoyed the kitchen, a nice ground floor area that come with chess, pool table and garage allowed us to park two cars. I would highly recommended this place to anyone that visiting Park City. Only feedbacks would be fireplace was not working properly and with the price we paid maybe owner can consider to prepare some basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, liquid detergent and multipurpose spray for the kitchen.

Stayed between Christmas/New Years. House is beautiful. Large, well laid out for a group of 7 to have their own space. Some issues with housekeeping ahead of our arrival due to previous tenants schedule. Gorgeous views, nice kitchen for the occasional mean prep. Gas fireplaces can be tricky, but work. Word to the wise - if staying in winter note that the house faces a street that is NOT plowed. Pick your rental car wisely and check the tires. We had a Yukon with 1 bald tire and got stuck. An Escape with AWD plowed thru everything.

This was an awesome stay! We had great snow, and the property was large and comfy. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and the kitchen was ideal. The view is truly magical when the sun is setting. Our only issue was that the fireplace was out the entire time, and despite consistent communication with the owners we were told it was our responsibility to reach out to maintenance. When we did that, they said it was our responsibility to reach out to the owners. We were disappointed by this and the lack of action/response, as we were looking forward to many evenings and Super Bowl Sunday around a fire with family, and part of the hefty price paid was for the fire use which was ignored. Great home beyond that!

Overall, we had a great experience. The house was well supplied with staples, and whatever cooking utensil or appliance needed in the kitchen. The layout of the house works really well for families of all ages. Everyone was comfortable in their assigned rooms and bathrooms; the rooms are spaced where you felt you had your quiet privacy. However, as others have mentioned, the beautiful floors on the main level do squeak, which those staying in the the second floor bedrooms could hear. There were a few minor plumbing issues, which the owner is aware and I’m sure will have repaired. We couldn’t get the two family room’s fireplaces started, but that could have been on us not fully understanding the instructions. We also had problems with the grilling part of the stove. Also, the description of bed sizes was ambiguous and we were pleased to see king size bed on first floor. On the second floor, one bedroom has a queen with a crib in the closet , one bedroom has a king, and the third bedroom has two bunk beds with two double-size, and two twin-size beds with a cot in the closet. The third floor bedroom has two double sized beds. We never attempted to use the jacuzzi. The neighborhood and surrounding area has stunning views with easy access to the slopes, grocery stores and Park City Main Street. This home met all our needs, especially with having to dine in due to COVID restrictions.

This is a very spacious, well appointed, comfortable home which hosted our annual gents ski trip. Access to town was an easy cheap Uber ride away and the view was spectacular. On top of this home, Sally was highly responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property.

We had three families of four and had plenty of room at this house. The tri-level house was great for parents and kids to separate after a great day of skiing. The location is perfect for skiing at either Park City, Canyons or Deer Valley and is only 10 mins from downtown. The only drawback was the place was a little worn with creaky/noisy floors.

We had five adult children, 3 spouses and 6 grandkids (2 were babies so we didn’t really count them,). Everyone had a bed! The gathering area was perfect for us to play games, watch TV, work on puzzles, and cook in the beautiful kitchen but stay close to the gang. We enjoyed walking to the community pool (it was cold!) The WiFi was terrible, but the owner knows what needs to be fixed now and will have it fixed soon. We drove down to the Fresh Market several times for groceries. We also found free parking lots for when we walked around in the city. We rented a ski boat one day and everyone loved it! The house is elegantly appointed and was like a 5-Star hotel. Don’t give up on the dryer, it really does work! And the pool key is on a key ring with other keys but is a bigger key than normal. All my kids would enjoy going back to the same house some day. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE and the air conditioning worked great! A lovely home for your family vacation.
