We had a great time here. Very clean and cozy little beach place. The views of the intercostal and beach were perfect. The beach is amazing, and the main reason we came. The little shops and restaurants close by are cute and had good food as well.

Second time staying here! Beautiful location and so close to everything you need. Publix, great restaurants! Slyce is the best pizza place close and they deliver. Amici is not far and fabulous Italian food and great prices!! Can’t wait to stay again next year!!

Great location, we use the unit for a business meeting, open concert living room and dining room was just right for the setting.

The house was right on the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. The neighbors in the condo below us were very helpful. We will make a return trip.

We had a very nice relaxing week. A few comments:
The Air Conditioning return was caked with dust. We vacuumed the grill and return and replaced the filter.
The condo needs a deep cleaning. The floors had not been mopped in a long time. They were so dirty that bottom of feet were black after walking in bare feet. Baseboards were also filthy.
The refrigerator filter most likely needs changing since the ice cubes had dirt in them.
Access to the storage locker was difficult if a car was parked too far forward. We had a small wagon for toting chairs and umbrellas to the beach which we couldn't get in or out at times. We had to leave it at base of stairs.
The thermostat being locked at 72 degrees made if uncomfortable for sleeping and when it was hot outside.

This place is beautiful! Walk right out to the beach. The patio with the hammock is just wonderful to sip on some coffee from down the road in the morning. We all loved it, worth it!!! Even the downstairs neighbors were wonderful, they even let us know they were having new windows put in (in case it was loud, it wasn't). Appreciated the heads up on it, just thoughtful of them. The place was clean and beautiful. Loved the sliding doors to the patio. Thank you so much, may possibly stay again next year!

Exactly as pictured! Where else can you go where your big, wrap around deck overlooks the intercoastal, while the front of the condo building sits on the gulf beach? Very large living and dining area with those great intercoastal views, and large bedrooms, too. We had an excellent time, and would definitely stay here again!

Overall we were quite surprised how much we loved our stay. All of our visitors also thought the condo was great. Sitting out on the deck watching the Intracoastal was the hit entertainment for the week. The closeness to the beach was very convenient. Probably the only things we felt that would have made the visit better was better beach chairs as we had to go buy a couple chairs. Also the TV is streaming only so with a lack of subscribed apps we were limited in what we could watch. These would not stop us from renting this unit again as we were very sad when it was over.

We loved our stay and luckily not real humid in February but a few days got warm- needs to be stated that you can't raise temp above 72 degrees in the condo and that its locked at that temp. Note on thermostat when we arrived. It did state you couldn't raise more than so many degrees to prevent freeze up on our rules or description but not that you are limited to how cool condo was- certain parts of the day and night it was alittle warm. We had a great time and enjoyed the parrots from the balcony - Condo was super cute the only other thing it needs is a few more dishes, our coffee cups had chips in them and only found 4. We know its a bring your own as far as trash bags, soap etc and we do bring solo cups & paper plates but normally we have dishes for coffee in the morning.

The property was well maintained and clean. Everything worked as expected and the views were amazing. The permanent residents were very nice and helpful during our stay. Other guests were great as well. Our group had 3 adults and 2 kids aged 13 & 5. Everything we needed was there. There were even books and board games in the condo.
We saw parrots everyday, dolphins several times and even saw a couple of manatees. We loved every minute of our stay. Absolutely would recommend.

Nice place
Biggest downside was the amount of steps to get in the condo, only other thing we didn’t like was the showers felt like needles piercing your skin, which didn’t feel good anytime, but especially on a sunburn. Nice little beach house, didn’t have to cross a street or anything just go to the bottom of the steps and out to the beach. Very limited people around on the beach, during busy season, compared to other beaches. This was our favorite part of Indian Rocks beach!

Cleanliness was below expected. There was dried food on the range top and handles of the refrigerator. Hair in the bathroom sink. My wife cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and bathroom sink. We have pictures if needed. The decor of the unit was perfect for a beach location and the property was perfect.

Everything was great..only thing that we had trouble with was the TV’s in the bedrooms. We could never get them to work. And another thing. …there could be a few more spoons and coffee cups. We were constantly having to was them. Other than that we had a great time.

nice place right on water good beach beds comfortable close to almost everything only negative is those stairs which we knew about their a killer lugging things up and down but i would definitly stay their again had small issue in bathroom contacted them and came the next day and took care of it very professional.

Our stay at this condo was very enjoyable. It’s just a few steps to the beautiful beach. Balcony overlooks the canal where we watched boats,birds and dolphins! The road below balcony could get noisy at times but such is life in a beach town. The AC didn’t work upon arrival.. they sent someone the next day and said it was fixed but it was not. Fortunately we got the windows to open and being January, could sleep fairly comfortably. They sent another repairman but the unit could not be fixed while we were there. The dryer did not work upon our arrival on Friday. They had a new dryer sent in on Wednesday. They offered a reasonable refund for our troubles though and were very responsive. Just glad it wasn’t in the summer with no AC! There is NO SMOKING of any kind anywhere on the property.. not just inside the unit. There was evidence others had smoked on the balcony though.. but we didn’t chance it. There is a lady who lives in a unit there who is like the watchman to be sure rules are followed. She showed herself on the second night but my husband shut her down pretty quickly. No issues after that.. but we pretty much followed all the rules.. no horseplay in unit, no laundry done between 10pm-8am, no towels or anything hanging outside unit, etc. it felt a little confining with all the rules and the crazy lady watching but we ended up having a great time. The steps were a work out, 28 of them, but we lived through that too… lol! I wouldn’t take kids here.. too many rules. As a group of mostly 60+ Years old.. we had little problem adhering. Just walked off property to smoke or did edibles. Easy walk to restaurants like Crabby Bills. Gorgeous beach and friendly people in the town.

However, we immediately noticed a moldy smell. It was very damp and in need of a dehumidifier! The condo appeared clean on the surface but upon a closer look, it needed a deep cleaning. The carpet in the bedrooms was filthy and smelled like animal urine. Originally, the photos showed tile not carpeting. So that was definitely misrepresented. Another miss was not providing enough supplies such as garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. Only one extra bag was provided for kitchen trash can. We were there for nine nights with six family members. We filled up the trash about every other day and had to purchase extra supplies and paper products. The WiFi and Alexa didn’t work and had to report to management. WiFi eventually was dealt with and resolved. Not Alexa but no big deal. Overall, the condo met our needs and my family was pleased. Just more attention to detail would have improved our experience.

This roomy 3 bedroom beach place was a wonderful find. We loved eating on the back balcony overlooking the bay. We watched the boats go by and ate lunch on it. The four of us relaxed in the hammock too at various times. The beds were comfortable to sleep in.
The back units are next to the road and are shaded most of the day. They face the sunrise, but on the side, you can also see the gulf and sunset. There is a lot of traffic and such, but with a view, you can overlook that. If you are looking for a lot of different shells, you will be disappointed as there are not that many compared to other places I have been down there. I have been told it's because of them having to have the sand dredged and put back on the beach in the past. But if you don't really care about that, it's an awesome location. We loved walking it.
This place is close to a lot of different eating places and shops. The grocery store is a little over a mile away.
The only minor thing that I found was the cracked refrigerator baskets in the bottom of it.. I told them about those. One is really bad. Did not affect our stay at all. Just had to be really careful when opening. Might need to replace or fix them. They had some beach chairs in the locker, an umbrella and some floats. If you want something nicer and not so low to the sand, bring your own. If you have knee problems or health problems and can't walk up long stairs-this is not for you. It was exercise for us. We would definitely come back to stay again. We enjoyed meeting the people who live below us. Just follow the rules-no more than 6 in the place at any time and be respectful of quiet hours and such and you will get along great with them.

2021 Summer Vacation
The property is absolutely beautiful! We had a view of the bay which was very entertaining watching the boats go by. There was nest of wild green parrots in the tree by our deck, something you don’t see in E TN. The beach was private and very easily accessible. We were able to catch some amazing sunsets.

I stayed there with my parents, who are both in their 70's and my three kids (10, 12 and 14). They fished off of the fishing pier quite a bit and spent lots of time on the beach. I'm sure they can't advertise what's in the storage unit because it could change from one guest to the next, but there were fishing rods (only one has a reel. We bought a couple reels at Walmart and then took them home with us when we left!), lots of body boards, a skim board, balls to play with on the beach, we left a frisbee, assorted beach chairs, floaties and I'm sure I'm missing things! The unit was clean and perfect for us. Thank you so much and I really hope we can be back there again soon:)

Not sure if the condo was really “cleaned” before we arrived. We found dirty dishes on counter and someone’s denture type teeth on the dining table. Everything else appeared to be clean as well as fresh towels and bedding. Property manager was easy to talk to and was available to answer any questions we had. Beach was so close and easy to get to. Overall had an amazing trip!
