Located at a quiet cul-de-sac, at the heart of Paraparaumu. Only a few minutes away from SH1, train station, mall, beaches and airport. Features: private entrance, double bed, double glazed, heat pump, TV with Freeview, Netflix, fridge, microwave, toaster, hairdryer, iron, Wifi, linen, duvet, coffee, tea. Plenty of parking, even for medium-size bus, truck or boat. We don't live on the property, but we are only minutes away.

Only negative which didn't affect us was that the storage of kitchen items was very high. A short person would need a ladder or stool to get cups and cutlery off the shelf. Also the clothes hooks in the bathroom are high off the floor.
Otherwise we found it a very pleasant accommodation.

Great place to stay. Convenient walking distance to town. Beautifully clean, awesome shower and extremely comfortable bed. Also very quiet.

All good, clean, comfortable and nice and quiet. Could not get TV going. Called owner who came and showed us how to start it. When it was going there numerous delays in transmission, The system needs to be sorted out.

We came here for Guns N Roses in Wellington, this was my first trip to Wellington.
I found my Wellington trip stressful except for the rental part, it was easy to find the property and the owners were very polite and helpful, it was extremely clean and comfortable.
I loved the way the towels for the shower were folded.
Of all the places I have stayed at this is my number 1.

Waikanae sleepout
Great communication, clean and tidy, cozy little sleepout, a little out of the hussle and bussle of the main shopping area and off the main roads. Short drive to the main road and main shopping centre and a bit further to the Pap beach area. Essentials met for a night or two stay.
