About this house rental
New central air. 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a well furnished cottage on the river in downtown Casville. No need to bring bedding or towels and such. It's a home away from home. I provide cable and 1 TV's. We provide a fire pit for your night time enjoyment making smores and telling stories. Beautiful deck with tiki bar over looking the river. We provide propane grill and also a patio table and chairs on the deck.. Come and relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches and fishing. There are public boat launches and Marina. My vacation rental is on the river that goes out to the lake. I'm Right in the middle of the downtown district with all the shops. Come discover our little town on lake Huron at the top of the thumb in Michigan.

Cute, clean, conveniently located, and comfortable! We had an amazing weekend at this cottage, worth every cent.

Though 2020 has been a year of cancelled events. We choose to to continue with our plans to stay in Caseville. The location of the rental was perfect as well as the accommodations . Hope to be back next yearđ

This could be a goldmine. Great location. Cute house,neat,clean
NO central air and I asked specifically ......if you you want to sleep in the kitchen or on the couch you'll be fine.
Got a mop bu ket and broom and clean up the deck....would not take much to make this an awesome stay

The location of this house is wonderful, right next to downtown caseville. We did have many unexpected problems with the house. The access information is not on the app, when I contacted the owner of the house she gave us the information and also let us know that the air conditioning was not working... this house does not have central air but it has 2 window units that are very low functioning. We were told the day of that one of the air conditioning units wasnât working. When we arrived it was extremely hot & stayed that way the entire Fourth of July weekend. The tiki bar is also not what it looks like online. It had not been cleaned and there was no lights. We contacted the owner & she let us know that the lights did not work this year which was a bummer because we were very excited to use them! We also had to buy a new grill because the grill provided was covered in fuzz & was very dirty and the size of a small pan. The house is well taken care of inside, bedrooms look as they do on the app.
