Great access to the beach and Dreamland. Nice views.
So loud! Directly over a busy roundabout to the front so expect loud motorbikes and cars on the parade. Main entrance door leads straight out alongside a newsagent, Wetherspoon and amusement arcade so expect some characters. Cleanliness wasn't great inside and the furniture is cheap and very tired. Noise from other apartments was a problem as its in a block of 4 with poor sound insulation between floors. Overall, very disappointed and left a day early as the heat, the noise and the flies became too much. Not worth the £600 we paid for 3 nights.

Proximity to Dreamland as we were attending an event there. Cleanliness of the apartment.
Extractor fan in bathroom not working.
People hanging around outside the entrance door, specially drunk people late at night.
Mattresses could have been better, but not terrible.

Absolutely perfect location directly opposite Margate Beach, lots of spca, bed were really comfy. We couldn't find the wifi code but we spent so much time at the beach it didn't matter. Was there for a wedding but definitely left a small piece of my heart behind. Am back in Margate for a conference in July and have already rebooked the same apartment!!

The view.
The heater is not working properly. The flat was super cold. And a friend got sick. The host tried to help about heating system, but couldnt solve the issue. At the end we found user manual guide of the heating sustem form internet, and found out that the betaing water bar is very low, we increased it, and at the end could be warmer. But they all lasted more than 4 hours. Anyway go this in very hot summer. Not in March!

perfect location with amazing views and the property was so spacious

Location, size, rabulous view across the beach and harbour.
The windows were dirty, most of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and the kitchen tap was loose. There wasn't a bowl to make a salad, so it lacked some basics that could easily make it better.

Amazing view from the second floor front room windows of the beach, harbour and the bustle around the clock tower with a welcome breeze to waft over us. Plants, posh biscuits, ice cubes in the freezer and a interesting collection of books made the place feel homely and welcoming when we had a problem with the basin Scott was around to fix it within minutes. He also supplied a very welcome fan upon request as we were there during the heatwave. Scott's instructions on how to find the flat and gain access were excellent. Superb location. 10 minutes from Margate's Tate Modern, the harbour arm with its cute gallery, painting courses, quirky friendly bars and brilliant, up market tapas bar. Under 10 minutes to the old town for antiques and vintage clothes shopping, its restaurants and nightlife. Less than 10 minutes to mainline station to London and Ebbsfleet for Eurostar.
Initially Scott was hard to get hold of. I needed to know if bedding was supplied for the sofa bed in the front room (we were 3 friends in a two bed flat) so in the end bought my own by train when there was in fact extra bedding in the storage drawer beneath the sofa. Not the best area if you are looking for an early night and seeking complete peace and quiet. It's a nightlife hot spot in August and there is a funfair at the back. Empty booze bottles were scattered in front of our door but cleared away by morning. Would not recommend for those with mobility issues as the staircase to the top floor is quite narrow and steep. Not great for a lie in: The landmark Clock Tower stops chiming overnight but gives you quite a wake up call at 8am.

Fantastic apartment right on the sea front!
All great!

Scott the host was fantastic, very helpful, we extended check out until 12noon which helped as i had my elderly parents with me.
Bonus breakfast treats.
The sofas not very comfortable. Surfaces in kitchen area when we wiped ourselves picked up as not clean enough including the window sills..check in too late especially if staying for one night does not make it value for the amount of money paid.

Very good location, spacious and good communication from the host, Scott, who was very accommodating.
The cleaning could have been better, appeared to be a bit rushed (we did only reserve the night before however.) Also, there was no toilet tissue etc when we arrived (not a major thing but very inconvenient to have to rush straight back out to shops after a long drive & everyone needing the loo - and would expect a little to be provided when paying nearly £200 a night.)

The property was very clean, centrally located and spacious.
The mattresses were thin and the sofa bed was broken. We contacted the host about the broken sofa bed but received no reply about that.

Excellent apartment with the best view!
Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need including some lovely toiletry packs in the bathroom.
Couldn’t ask for a better location in margate, right across from the beach.
Helpful communications before and throughout the trip.
Fabulous stay - would most definitely return!
Not an issue for us but you do have 2 flights of narrow stairs, could be tricky with lots of luggage

Very spacious accommodation. Wonderful views of the beach. Very comfortable beds. What more could you ask for.
Not a lot

The suburb location and views, the additional extras, small touches to the apartment that made you feel welcome, ( toiletries in bags, coffee machine etc)- the spacious feel, the clean linens, the style of furniture, the easy going feel to the flat.
Dragging the luggage from the car! ( No parking facilities)- but I knew and expected this .....
Other people ringing our flat intercom (outside?)- this only happened twice but both late at night and woke me up -
