Great location and comfortable apartment

The heating wasn’t working properly

Location. View. Close to station. Tv good.

Wi-fi not good. Freezer not on and hadnt been cleaned. Ice cream and empty Magnum box in there. Spare fridge in corner of lounge not switched on. Stank as door shut. No washing up sponge or cloth. Only one teatowel. Didnt use oven, microwave or toaster. Unclean. Kitchen drawers dirty and sticky. Obvs hadnt been wiped for months. Dishwasher clean but not emptied. Bath panel hanging off. Shower hose broken. Water everywhere at each shower. Front of bedside drawer fell off when attempted to open it. Need fans in bedrooms at least. Large bags of dirty linen/towels left outside several apartments, top of staircase, causing potential tripping hazard and hampering exit in case of fire. Health and safety issue.

The ventilation was terrible. It was like an oven , there were no fans provided . The fridge did not work and under the beds were filthy..  the hosts would not engage in any conversation beyond an initial complaint, with no offer of a partial refund or any form of compensation for an horrendous stay

The place was very convenient for going to the beach and it was located in a perfect location foo shops and food place

The sofa cushions weren’t cleaned, the sofa was broken to a side and the bathroom tub was broken too. Also the fridge wasn’t working and all the cupboards had an unpleasant smell.

Location! It’s wonderful to see the beach from the sofa.

The property could do with a good clean. Particularly the shower head and dust in bedrooms. Parking is problematic.

The location is great, with spectacular view of the beach. The only thing that can be a problem is the crowded street noise. We had all the windows open because it was really hot.. We didn't mind, to be honest, but someone else could have found it rather annoying.

The only problem was getting the keys.. We didn't know how the key box works and even when they gave us more information about this, we couldn't possible open it. Luckily a resident from the opposite apartment helped us. She had had the same difficulty, as she told us..
