I loved that the property was located in a quiet, residential area. Everything was found to be just as it was listed. I contacted Devon about a wasp nest outside front door (to which I am violently allergic!) He promptly came, removed the nest, and left the spray should we need it. Very attentive host. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood! My sisters and I would definitely rent it again if we return to the area.

It was great, one thing that we needed was paper towels, trash bags, and tissue. Other than that it was a great visit. Thank you.

Price was good for the place. Pool needed cleaned pretty bad, and pool supplies were limited. Kitchen cabinets were screwed shut for some strange reason. But it was clean and we had fun.

This home has a great layout for a large group. There were six of us and we were very comfortable. The heated pool was perfect and was great to have floats to use as well.

When we arrived the pool was unusable and we complained and the owner did get someone out there that day. However the pool was not available that day due to the need for chemicals to clean up the algae etc. The home was clean and large enough for all to enjoy. We would recommend the owner improve the TV reception as it was less than desirable. With those exceptions the location and the home was very acceptable.

The pool and patio area were not clean and had lots of garbage and junk laying around. No exterior yard lights. Soft, soft beds. A good power wash would have helped improve the looks also. Rodents can be heard in the walls. When reported to the agent we were informed that an exterminator would be there the day we checked out. He also told us that he was not aware of any of this, but there were rodent traps in the back yard and the enclosed patio.

We had a wonderful wedding/vacation. This is our first Vrbo experience. It was amazing. We gathered from different places For our daughter's wedding. It was so nice to be able to hang out together. It was so much better than a hotel would have been. We were comfortable. Able to snack when we wanted to. Able to do laundry. The pool heater malfunctioned, and was addressed ASAP. Flights out were canceled, and we were allowed to stay an extra day. Devon was accessible and responded to any communication in a very timely manner. If we visit the area again, we would definitely stay here. Stay, and you won't be disappointed.

The property was an older home. Pros: plenty of space, hot water heater worked well. Pool, fireplace, pool table, garage. It was close to my event and after the first day the neighborhood seem somewhat quiet. Con: On my way to check in acrossed the street the police had three blocks taped off with an active shooter situation. Reno was done poorly. The owner charges a cleaning fee and property was not very clean when I arrived. They also ask you to strip the beds for them but I’m paying a cleaning fee??? They are supposed to leave a down day between renting due to Covid. The front door was filthy not very safe during Covid. Bathroom grout had black mold. Air filter had not been changed in a while. Dust cobwebs on the kitchen ceiling as well as the ceiling crease of dirt, directly acrossed from the vent. The air ran constantly on extremely cold. Tried to adjust to a normal temp others than 68 and frozen. Air conditioner sounded like a jet every time it came in which was a lot. Roach problem at this property. First day walked in front living room and saw a roach on its back trying to right itself . Killed it. Sleeping in one room and it was too cold. Next night changed rooms and had a roach run over me while sleeping., changed rooms. The dinning table light either burnt out or stopped working third day there, as well as the black chair wobbles, not safe. First day the 1st bed room to the left the light stopped working there as well. 2nd bed room the light would come on and off on its own. Pool cold, should have a hand rail for getting in and out of the pool. The owner notified me just before arrival that for an additional amount per day, they would heat it with their new solar heat? I did not see this unit. Advertisement fireplace ….which he said was not in working condition. Furniture was not very comfortable to sit on for any period of time. The garage had no working light or opener, box laying in the corners as if they had just put together the new beds and one thin fresh coat of paint. The oven had oven cleaner still on the coils that had not been cleaned off. Half of the kitchen cabinets we’re screwed closed. The kitchen was poorly equipped with old cooking utensils and pot baking dishes etc….They should advertise to bring kitchenware. They had a ton of plates and bowls and two mugs. The step into the home was high as well as the set out the back to the lanai & garage, an older person could fall. Sorry, Iwill not be renting here again.

Came here on a vacation with my family. We all enjoyed the house, the kids really enjoyed the pool. I would stay here again when we come back.

Loved our stay! It was easy to find and check in! We loved our stay! The owner was so responsive and kind! Would love to come stay next time we come down!

My entire family took a trip together and we all stayed here together. The convenience of staying in a house was amazing. We loved having a pool to come “home” to and cool off and relax in at the end of the day. The booking and check in process were very simple. One thing with the property was that the light switches were controlled by a small remote but when turning ones rooms lights off it would often turn another rooms on so it took us a bit to figure out the lights. Overall we had a great experience. Bonus of going home with suitcases full of clean laundry!

We loved having a pool to come “home” to and cool off and relax in at the end of the day. The booking and check in process were very simple. Toilets had not been scrubbed and the kitchen hadn’t been wiped down with smudges on the counters and microwave. Pool was clean, beds were fairly comfortable but could have used an extra blanket. Good location close to anything we needed.

House was layout our nicely. Great big lanai and pool. Too bad it was too cold to use the pool - it looked inviting. Nice neighborhood and convenient to our family. Bathrooms were newly remodeled and nice. Garage handled two cars. Washer and dryer in garage. Floors were not very clean - needed vacuumed.

The house was very nice, spacious, great for entertaining, and easy for handicap (1 floor, walk in bathroom, no steps) perfect lay out. Master bedroom is on the other side of bedroom w/ full bath for 100%privacy. The neighborhood was very quiet, neighbors were friendly. There was a walmart about 5mins away-easy to shop for food and anything else. Easy, fast no contact check in and out. I have 2 complaints, the first was it is a bit far (about 45 mins) from the beach....or Disneyworld. But that wasnt the end of the world. The biggest complaint was it was not properly clean before we got there. The shower had pubic hair in it, the floor wasn't clean-I was walking around bare footed and could feel it wasn't swept good, and the table had not been wiped down- it had something on it. We should NOT of had to clean the house before getting accommodated. If the owner pays for maid service, he should change companies- if it wasn't for that I would have given 5 stars. If owner gets better house cleaning service, I would recommend this house!!
