Exemptions: Between 11 and 13 years old, the fee is € 0.50. Ages Equal to or less than 10 years total exemption. Rate applicable to a maximum of 7 days (exempt from VAT).

The property is well equipped, maintained and apportioned. The shutters allowed the windiws to renain open whilst we were out or when sleeping which meant the apartment was always cool. We cook whilst away and the oven, hob and microwave allowed for this. The washing machine was fab and the back balcony offered an ideal location for drying. The host was communicative, helpful and went above and beyond. The only negative was the occasional external noise from the bars nearby, but the sound proofing in the apartment ensured we always had a great night's sleep. We highly recomnended this apartment with its close proximity to the beach, supermarkets and town centre.
