The luxurious MarKen Manor on Lake Lanier is perfect any time of year. Located on the desirable south end of Lake Lanier, nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Kayak, paddle boards, easy walk to boat dock, pool table, grill, private/heated salt water pool, spa, two kitchens, two inside gas fireplaces and an outside wood burning fireplace. Very close to Atlanta and located on the desirable south end of Lake Lanier, nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. This 7,000 square foot home is on deep water with sweeping lake views and an easy walk to the dock and water. 5 King beds, 1 queen bed, 7 singe beds, 6.5 bathrooms. Boat and jet ski rentals, live music, restaurants and bars are a short car or boat ride away. Minutes from the Lake Lanier Islands waterpark, golf course, Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Holiday, Aqualand and Hideaway Bay Marina. At MarKen Manor you’ll never run out of things to do. We have a kayak, paddle boards, boat dock, pool table, two grills, private salt water/heated pool, spa, two kitchens, two inside gas fireplaces and an outside wood burning fireplace. Close to Atlanta nightlife, world class shopping and restaurants. Minutes from the Mall of Georgia, mountains for hiking, rafting, shopping and wineries. You’re gonna fall in love with MarKen Manor on Lake Lanier. There is a Nest camera on the front of the home. It only shows the front yard and driveway. There is a Ring camera on the front fence facing the street. Other than that you have complete privacy. The master bedroom is on the top floor with amazing lake views, a king size bed and 2 single beds. It has an en-suite bathroom. There is a bunk room with 2 bunk beds that use the hall bathroom. There is a second bedroom with a king bed that has an en-suite. This is the bathroom that is shared with the bunk room. There is a third bedroom on the same level with a king bed and en-suite bathroom. The basement level has 2 bonus rooms that both have king beds and share a large bathroom. Jack and Jill. One of these rooms also has a queen bunk bed with single bed on top. There is private full bathroom off the basement living room and another outside by the pool area. Decided to get away for a short R&R vacation and this was the perfect place to do it. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit at night with the moonlight peaking in on the lake, it was as peaceful as we could've asked for. Although we did not get in the pool the water was warm. The house was clean and the kitchen family room area was perfect for relaxing and conversing. I would definitely go back with the kids and invite a few friends just to utilize all the space. We are very picky and this place put us at ease and we had no regrets about our stay. We definitely recommend!

My family and I needed a quiet place to relax and it was just perfect for our short stay. The owner was very prompt at responding to our messages and extremely helpful. Pretty much the house is stocked with everything you’d need! Highly recommend the place!

Mark and Ken have totally outdone themselves! The MarKen manor was a pleasure to stay at. The house has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. It’s a great location and the dock was fantastic. We got to catch some fish just from the dock! They respond really fast and helped whenever we had any questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We loved the property overall. The pool was FANTASTIC, 90 degrees and very clean. The bedrooms could have used a dresser or small table. Only one of the five bedrooms we used had one. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

We did not want to leave! Spacious, clean, beautiful and perfect location. Quiet and peaceful with tons of beautiful nature to take in. We are already talking about when we will plan our next stay!

Beautiful home on Lake Lanier . Enjoyed our time making memories. Enjoyed the large kitchen and all the amenities that are included. Pool and hot tub are amazing . Kayak and paddle boards were a plus enjoyed by a couple of our family members. A couple of recommendations I would give is to replace a couple of skillets in kitchen and non slip rugs at doorways . Would definitely consider renting this home again in future!

I stayed here with a group of colleagues on a business trip. We were able to cook great meals, hang out, and enjoy the home in the evenings. Unfortunately we weren't able to take advantage of the lake or pool/hot tub, but will try to work it in on our next trip.

The property is drop dead gorgeous from stunning lakeside views, chic interior design, luxurious space! The hosts are amazing communicators who are accommodating and so kind. This was truly the most amazing house and holds such special memories to us and our families.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very good with communication- we had a couple of issues and they were helpful. In the picture isolated however, it is a very busy area.

We had a great stay as a family here. Loved being right on the lake. The saltwater pool was amazing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Great and quick communication with the host. We all enjoyed our stay!

We felt like royalty renting this beauty! Very regal property, well furnished. Gorgeous backyard lake views. Love the dock area for paddle boarding and kayaking. Gorgeous heated pool. Love how the hot tub turned on at 6pm every night till 10pm. Beautiful outdoor fire place. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for multiple families. Plenty of outdoor eating options. Large kitchen for big family meals. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own private area. Loved it! Would recommend

House was absolutely beautiful and a lot of room. However, there are a lot of warnings and restrictions to this house. We knew 11 people could only stay the night but were then told we could only have 11 in the house. If you are a super quiet group, it’s the house for you but we don’t feel we enjoyed it as much as we could with being told to not be loud outside etc.

We had a wonderful relaxing weekend at MarKen Manor! The host made check-in and check-out very easy and made sure we had everything that we needed.
This is a beautiful property that has an amazing view of the lake and we loved having coffee and watching the sunrise.

Great pool house on the Lake!!

Perfect Girls Getaway
Mark and Ken were wonderful hosts. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. The home itself is very spacious, wasily accomodating our group. Having direct water access was so convenient. We loved being able to be picked up by boat right from the dock. The house was clean and tastefully decorated. Would defintely recommend this home rental for a variety of groups.

Enjoyed our stay
We had a lovely time at this house. I can only imagine how much more fun it would be to stay there during the summer when you can really enjoy all the outside amenities. But even during the fall/winter we had plenty of things to do. The kids loved the board games, pool table, fishing, hot tub and outdoor fire area. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. Would definitely rent again.

Family Weekend
This is the 2nd property we’ve rented from Mark and it was as great as the last one. It was perfect for multiple families with a space for each age group. The views are amazing ! Thank you to Mark for being quick to respond with helpful activity suggestions when our boat reservation was canceled!! Hopefully our next stay will be at Blue Ridge!!

It was very nice to be able to walk down to the lake and hop on our paddle boards for a few hours. We rented a boat with a captain for the afternoon and they came straight to the house/dock to pick us up!
House is pet friendly!
Lots of space for a large group. Beach towels, life jackets, paddle boards and a canoe are all available.

Better than advertised
The house is great - size of the home, location, pool, lake access, close to boat rentals. There are more bedrooms in the home than advertised, too. 4 bedrooms on the top level (1 room has 4 bunk beds, the other 3 are Queen or King size beds. The master bedroom is so large, it too, has 2 extra twin beds in it, if needed. On the pool level, there are 2 additional bedrooms, both with Queen size beds + 1 of them has an additional 2 bunk beds. Kitchen fridge is great size. Laundry room has a large freezer. Bring ice. The house is very comfortable at every corner.

It was a wonderful week were I was able to gather my family, all under one roof, to enjoy time together swimming, paddle boarding, fishing,, nature walkers and just spending quality time together. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and great living spaces to all come together for meals. I’d love this to become an annual vacation!

Amazing views of the lake
We had a great time at Margarita Manor. The home is beautiful but dated. Loved the location on the lake. My teens had a great time playing pool and hanging out on the bottom floor! Friends had a great time using the paddle boards and canoe. It was perfect for 3 families. One down side was if you go outside to enjoy the hot tub you have to be very very Quiet bc neighbors will call code enforcement on you! Mark was so nice the way he texted me to let me know. But we were talking at a normal level. Also if you want to use the hot tube during the day- it’s a extra fee of $300. We wished we could have used it when we got off the boat but had to wait till 6pm. The house and Mark were great to work with - I just wish the house was updated. Has a 80’s feel in the bathrooms. Otherwise a beautiful home & great location.

Excellent Location
We enjoyed our stay at MarKen Manor. Mark was professional, quick to respond and helpful with restaurant recommendations. The house was well equipped and spacious for our group of 4 couples. LOVED all the windows which made the house light and bright....felt like vacation as soon as we stepped in. The outdoor space is beautiful with deck, patio sitting area, pool, spa and a spectacular view of the lake. The dock was just steps from the pool and set in a quiet cove...perfect for morning paddle boarding. We truly enjoyed our stay and made some great memories at MarKen Manor. An added bonus was the local Publix offers Instacart which was wonderful....groceries delivered within two hours. We would recommend this property.
