Arba Hotel is great! The view is stunning, there is a beach right under the apartment (with rocks though, not great for children), the rooms have all the basic amenities and the host is very kind. I stayed in the deluxe room though, not sure about the other types of rooms. Recommended!

Spectacular view and quick access to a small rocky bay.
When people not from the hotel come to the beach it could be a little too crowded.

This place felt like family owned, so very quitet and cozy. The owners are super nice.
Our room had a fantastic view of the sea and Maratonisi island and you could walk right out to the beach from the room patio.
The room was modest and old styled but it had all you needed and it was clean.
They have their own caffe right as you get out of the house and right next to the sea, and you can get sandwiches,hamburgers, chips, beverages and sweets. +Some other places to eat nearby
The beach is actually some huge rocks you can stay on. For a sandy beach, there's Keri beach and port 20 mins away, where you can book a tour for the turtle island.

Great views, clean, modern and private property with access to the sea. Really peaceful with a great taverna at the entrance!
Couldn’t get the air con working

Stunning view from terrace, beautiful sunrises.
Rooms need some renovation, now it stuck somewhere in 80's. Bathroom is very small and missing shower curtain. Noisy in the mornings, at 6 am dogs, chickens stars make some noise.
Staff could be more helpful. They do not accept card payment.

Location is perfect.
The room was clean.
Hot water was always present during shower.
We had an external shower for the after sea bath swim.
The AC was not always responsive. I suppose the compressor needed freon or maybe the load of all the AC of the complexe working at once was overloading the circuits.

The sea view terrace is huge! Really beautiful location. Much nicer than laganas. The beaches nearby are also much nicer and more interesting than those on the other side. This place is really perfect if you dont want to spend much time in room. The staff were very friendly and left extra corona necessities outside our room.
Room is small and old and bathroom has an inconvenient layout with 0 design skill. Uncomfortable bed.

Great location, on the top of a rocky beach with amazing sea view. I stayed in the new renovated room that is very nice 3* standard, it is spacious for 2 persons and very clean and it has a large terrace. The towels and bed linen were changed several time during my weekly stay. Close to the hotel there is a taverna and cantina with drinks and snacks.
The rooms that are not renovated represent a different standard, however they are very clean too and have same amazing views and location😊

Very great location in front of the sea.
But disappointed by :
- the Check In : the person in charge of our check-in did the minimum service and does not seem to be concerned about this
- the Room : although having a nice shared seaview balcony, the room was old fashion with tiny shower room
