1.临街较为吵闹，窗户隔音效果一般。
2.Wi-Fi无法使用（连接后立刻就断开了）。
3.办理入住在63酒店走路大约要10分钟，有些麻烦。如果能够请旁边的horizon酒店代理办理就好了。
4.必须要求你安装whatsapp才能发送门禁密码，不支持微信，比较麻烦。

Friendly staff, convenient location
The wall was leaking very seriously, living room and bedroom also got... smelly when I opened the door.
It is very troublesome to check in and check out at another hotel.

It's located right at Gaya street, very convenient to go around. The apartment is very spacious, the sofa is very comfortable, the washing machine with tumble dryer really save my life.
The check in location was at Sixty3 hotel which is a little bit far away from the apartment. The tumble dryer can't really completely dry our clothes. A little bit noisy on Saturday night due to the Sunday market preparation along the Gaya street down stairs. It is quite difficult to find a parking lot around especially at the weekend.

most of us were having stomach upset while we were otw to the apartment.. and admin was so accomodating they helped us with house keeping updates and allowed us an early check in.. the unit was clean, towels and linens look and felt fresh too.. we even get to watch World Cup finals!! my brother was impressed and kept on saying he love the apartment.. housekeeping team was honest too, updated the admin on food items and tips in the unit.. checking in and out was also hassle free.. overall we really enjoyed our stay..

The items and furniture looked well-maintained. Cleanliness was good. The location is strategic, right beside Gaya night market. The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped with a full set kitchen. They even include water dispenser. All the lock are digitalised so do not need to worry about only one person holding the key or losing it.
The towels looked well-used with fray ends, do consider changing new ones.

Very clean and bigger rooms, suitable for group of family 8pax. Facilities is easy to get & strategic location. Recommended.

Location is fantastic. Stayed for one month. I rebooked for our next visit in May 2023. A lot of good eateries nearby. Walking distance to Suria and Wisma Merdeka
The noise from the night market but that's what makes the city lively. There's the sembayan as well but that's everywhere. I got used to noises after a while

The check in counter is abit far... 1st timer who is arrive at this city will get lost looking for check in counter which is at another location..
