Unbedingt wiederholen!

Sehr schön gestaltete Anlage mit gut geführtem Restaurant und gut gewartetem Schwimmbad. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Der Blick aufs Meer ist fantastisch!

Einschränkung: das ursprünglich gebuchte Zimmer wurde anderen Gästen überlassen, die ihren Aufenthalt verlängert haben. Mobiliar ist teilweise etwas veraltet, Sonnenschirme und Liegematratzen veraltet und schmutzig, Glasflächen (z.B. Dusche oder Balkonglas) könnten etwas öfter gesäubert werden.

What looked like a private pool was shared between two villas. Wasn’t advertised very clearly on booking.com. There isn’t much to do in sengiggi and the bar and restaurant were very quiet and a little average. We were a bit bored with our stay.

Great location and good

The location is pretty good though slightly secluded. But kudos to Aisyah, the front office girl. She truly made my stay enjoyable! Surprised me with a cake for my birthday!

There isn't nearby amenities like 24 hours so I suggest loading up on amenities before coming back to the hotel.

Lovely ocean views from the room. Huge shower. Friendly helpful staff. Infinity pool by the restaurant is huge and offers great views.

Breakfast was very very very disappointing. Much better to go outside and buy from a cafe. So few choices, bland, uninteresting. Most not so healthy options. At least 7 pools in the resort but apparently can only use one of them. Small private beach is not really swimmable. Security box in room couldn't be opened when first checked in - was fixed by staff. Location is a bit out of the way - that is really a bit of a minus and a plus.

Fantastic seafront location, on walking distance from center.

Hotel is located on seashore and walking distance Senggigi center. Great swimmingpool. Very friendly staff, especially Aisha, who helped with visa extension, print road map, and many other things ! This really makes the difference !

We really enjoyed our stay, comfortable beds, stunning views and lovely garden. The restaurant staff were especially friendly and gave us many tips on sites to see and areas to explore. We loved seeing the beautiful and colourful fishing sail boats coming in after their catch, while having our breakfast each morning. We also enjoyed the huge pool overlooking the ocean. There are also some villas with large semi private pools. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Rajavilla one of the best resort I have ever stayed. amazing sea few from balcony with sound of waves makes you more comfortable and relaxing. food was excellent with amazing friendly staffs at both receptions and restaurant you can feel that while villa just like yours and all of them on your service. especiall thanks to Erwin and Ayisha at reception, Arman, Habib, Wan, and Sini at the restaurant. they are so friendly. definitely stay here again if I come back to Lombok again.

Very satisfying stay at this hotel, comfortable, with a calming landscape

Our room is spacious for a family size, very comfortable. Soft and comfortable mattress. Cleanliness of blankets, pillows, towels is very good. The bathroom is comfortable, the design is simple but neat, the towels are soft and smell good and complete with small towels. WIFI is available and quite fast. The restaurant is nice and clean, supported by friendly and very helpful staff. Nice view during breakfast is another added value. The pool is pretty good, next to restaurant and the view is directly to the sea, perfect for taking good photos :)

Minor suggestion: Need to add other breakfast menus such as egg corner, porridge, pastries, cookies, traditional food (lupis, herbs drinking, market snacks, etc.) The shower water pressure is still lacking and I suggest providing a solid soap in the bathroom.

The resort is new and has excellent facilities (a very nice swimming pool notably). The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. Nice beds. Very helpful staff. A very good accommodation solution in Lombok.

The hotel promotes itself as having a private beach. This is technically true but the beach is not well maintained, small and it is not really possible to swim there.

Location, amazing beach views and balcony, food was excellent, the staff tried their best to accommodate vegan options!

Rooms are a bit noisy that we kept hearing noise from the next door. We were promised a welcome spa massage as per booking and the staff didn't honour it or do something about it despite we asked the reception staff 3 times .

Great stay & staff

The resort was clean, quite and right on the beach. I had a deluxe room facing the seaside. It was tidy and neat. The staff were incredible specially Jao who helped me a lot when I asked for any information and even when I wanted to rent a bike, he contacted a rent company who came to the hotel directly. Wawan and Ihsan from the restaurant were very friendly too. The resort was 10-15 mins walk from Senggigi beach and the closest supermarket.

The resort comes on a corner of a street, sometimes the bikes noise might be heard but its not massive, nothing to worry about.

beautiful rooms, very modern, extremely clean and well decorated. the breakfast was BY FAR the best we had in Indonesia after spending 3 weeks. the pool is crazy big and beautiful. the staff is incredibly helpful and professional.

Excellent stay highly recommend and friendly staff which make it wonderful

The staff were very nice and friendly. They set up a surprise greeting for a birthday. They also organised a driver to a spa nearby and will help with any questions. Location is good a bit further out from everything but you can get a car ride or food delivery out there. The views are fantastic and we enjoyed the food at the restaurant! Thank you!

Superb

We loved the amazing breakfast - you could choose and mix and match from a long list and really rolled out of the nice dining area with seaview after breakfast. The staff was super friendly and the rooms are clean and spacious. You can perfectly chill at the pool and listen to the ocean.

You can’t really swim at the beach in front of the hotel as there are big stones or corals at the access. The location is a bit far from the city center to walk regularly. But you can easily get a Grab for a few Rupiah.

We were supposed to receive a spa something upon arrival and it didn’t happen. The check out staff were extremely rude when I questioned paying for room service breakfast, which we didn’t eat. There was potentially a ghost in the bedroom.

Awesome but out of town

The staff were wonderful. They went out of their way for me. For instance, Elly picked up some medicine for me in Mataram. The breakfast was huge. All the Indonesian food was delicious. The view was spectacular. It's a gorgeous place.

The private lagoon pool was awesome (so big!), but it was too warm. The lagoon pool rooms are a little small because of the large outdoor area, but my sliding glass door didn't lock properly. I had to use the side door. It wasn't a big deal.
