La struttura è situata in posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro di Como sia in auto che con i mezzi pubblici. La zona presenta tutti i servizi necessari, c'è un parcheggio disponibile davanti allo stabile ma si trova facilmente posto anche nelle vicinanze. La pulizia non è stata impeccabile, ma la flessibilità dello staff ha compensato. Consiglio per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Andrebbe curata un po' di più la pulizia.
