Very good.

Room was excellent. Spacious and clean.

We were out during the day. On the 2nd day when coming back our coffee, tea, sugar, etc.. was not topped up and we had to phone reception and ask for milk etc.. This was disappointing. Also, the price is a bit high for not including breakfast.

Wonderful experience, will definitely go there again

Clean and comfortable, even when the restaurant is closed you still have access to your own bar in the room, that’s what you call convenience.

The bathroom didn’t have ventilation or air suction, the bathroom needs a little bit more detail when cleaning especially the shower.

Likely stay

Staff were pleasant. Nice restaurants. Awesome views. A really nice place.

Rowdy guests staying in at least two other, over crowded, rooms next to ours were very loud, partying well into the late night, leaving the pool areas unclean with empty bottles and cans and clothes lying around. It was kasi pub picnic vibes all day.

Beautiful room, okay restaurant menu.

The room was spacious, clean and stylish. They have a restaurant, gym and spa on site. The hotel is reasonably close to The Galleria Mall as well as the beach

The restaurant had a limited menu of pizza, pasta and 3 other main meals. Not much variety and no fine dining as I had expeted for a 5 star hotel. The room was unfortunately situated next to family rooms and the swimming pool closest to us was alaways full with families, even at night. The Spa was also unfortunately fully booked for the whole weekend.

Lovely, relaxed stay.

Everything was close together and easy to get to what you need. We loved the 180 degrees view of the sea and city.

The volume configurations were too low. When the aircon is on you cannot here the tv from bed. Atleast allow it to 25 volume. 18 is too low. Music video channels were also blocked 🤨

Beautiful place

The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. I love having both shower and bath. I appreciate the snacks, even at a cost they are convenient. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food at the restaurant is great. The ambiance and decor of the restaurant is amazing. Sea views 😍

The stairs oh my God! I wish they had installed lifts. I can't bring my 65 year old mom.

Good value for money

The hotel is located in a peaceful environment with beautiful ocean view. The room was nice, clean and well-equipped. The staff was very friendly, we received warm welcome at reception and during breakfast. Breakfast was nice with lots of options.

The TV lost signal and stopped working, the shower floods the bathroom floor.

The location is perfect 👌🏼 The beautiful clean pool, overlooking sunshine The stuff was awesome, very helpful and welcoming. The property itself, Architectural designed amazing ❤️

shower 🚿 water was not hot enough for two people. I don’t know if it’s limited or something but the second person to bath doesn’t get hot water. Which was bad..! The property need to look at renovating the bathrooms, everything else is perfect

Had a very comfortable stay at this enchanting hotel, with a beauty that almost creeps at you.

The seaview suite was nothing short of exquisite. Certainly got our money's worth. Dinner was very, very good. A bit of work can be done to improve breakfast. It was almost as though the breakfast restaurant and the dinner restaurant were manned by different chefs, which may very well be true. I did enjoy their egg benedict though.

The breakfast was a little bland. The breakfast chefs can do better in giving the meal more flavour.

The View... wel yes, it is very far from the beach. you can see the ocean from your balcony. the room was okay, The bathroom . the bath was broken with sharp edges.

there are many steps from reception down to our rooms down to the pool. the food is to expensive. the beding war dirty, the kitchen staff are very disonest and did not complete the order as per there menu

I personally didn’t value the room for money I paid, and where did my R600 was added as the breakfast was not included a

I booked the queen room for 3 nights and it was R1200 per night, but there was an extra R600 that was added, so the amount ended up being R4200 while it was supposed to be R3600 as it is R1200 per night. We contacted the hotel before payment and the lady who answered said that the breakfast is included that’s why the total is R4200. On the very first morning we went for the breakfast as it was stated on the call, when we arrived in the dining room they said the breakfast was not included as we did the booking via Booking.com….. Our concerned was that extra R600 if what was it for. No one knows. The room was not spacious. They do not explain everything. The bar fridge was full of all types of drinks and there were also snacks. They didn’t explain to us that once you drink or eat you will pay, we find out by ourselves. On arrival there was no water on n the bath, shower and tap. They didn’t provide with a jar or bottle. We had to call them and ask for provision of water as we were thirst, they even took an hour to bring water.

The area at a good space privacy is good accommodating everyone..

The basins needs to be checked if they working properly I booked twice there still experiencing same problem different rooms only one basin it’s working and you wouldn’t know until to run water in then it will be difficult to drain

It was very difficult to find because Google maps takes you to the spa entrance even when going to the hotel only to get there and find that you have to leave the premises again.

I LOVE THE PEACE, CLEANLINESS AND LUXURIOUS ROOM. THIS HOTEL IS COMMENDED FOR THE 5 STAR REPUTATION

WE HAD THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ROOM THEY UPGRADED OUR ROOM WITH A BALCONY VIEW. FROM OUR ENTRANCE AT RECEPTION UNTIL WE LEFT WE HAD EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WILL CONTINUE TO BOOK WITH THE VIEW BOUTIQUE IT MEETS THE 5 STAR REPUTATION. THE VIEW FROM OUR BALCONY WAS EXCELLENT. THE CLEAN ROOM & AIRCON KEPT US INDOORS IN THE HEAT. DURING THE NATIONAL SHUTDOWN WE WERE SO SAFE AND HAD ROOM SERVICE.

It was a very classy adventure.

The location was perfect,its definetely where i would book again in future. I liked the building and how convenient it was to the beach,not a walking distance but close enough.

I did not quite understand why water ( drinking water/bottled) wasnt complementary/free,it was too pricy for that bottle size.
