Hotel a pie de circunvalacion pero bien comunicado con el centro.

Parking cómodo y bajo el mismo hotel. Habitaciones bien insonorizadas y amplias. Camas cómodas. Desayuno completo.

Maravillosa!

El servicio y atención ha sido buenísima por parte de todo el equipo! Tuve problemas porque me equivoqué en la reserva de la habitación y me la cambiaron sin problema! Llevaba un abrigo blanco que me lo manchò un pájaro y me lo limpiaron y dejaron como nuevo! Estoy muy muy contenta con el trato recibido además de que el hotel tiene unas instalaciones buenísimas,sin tener que callejear y estaba todo limpísimo! Repetiré sin dudarlo y recomendable 100x100.

La ubicación e instalaciones. Muy cómodo no tener que salir del hotel para cenar ni desayunar. Habitaciones amplias y camas cómodas.

La piscina es pequeña para el tamaño del Hotel. El agua casi fría y no hay duchas.

The lockers in the spa are f***ing ridiculous! First after all - the lady will take 40€ to visit the spa for a couple for 50 minutes. After that you both will go to the changing room. And once you staying in the swimming trunk or swimsuit you will realise that you need a 50 cents or 1€ to lock up the locker! In our case, I had 5€ in the pocket and when I ask her to change them she sent me to the reception at the first floor. So I had to wear all the cloth again and waste my time. There also was a queue at the reception and I had to wait. I spent around 15 minutes for this. Obviously, when we were sitting in the spa - the same lady came and said that our time is over. I answered that we lost 15 minutes for all this stuff and she said “ok, you have 5 more minutes”. That’s awful, we are not in the supermarket, even Mercadona don’t have this coin system.

Recomendable 100%.

A 10 minutos andando del centro, excelente servicio, piscina climatizada, gimnasio, pista de pádel, zona de juegos para niños,checking rápido y personal muy agradable.

Lo único es que el mando a distancia no funcionaba, cambiaba de canal manualmente.

Stary, brudny, śmierdzi trupem. Ten hotel baaaardzo dawno miał swoją świetność, a cztery gwiazdki są baaaardzo na wyrost. Brak szczotek w ubikacji uważam za skandal, a brak wody, czy czajnika w pokoju jest mocno nie przystające do hotelu mianującego się czterema gwiazdkami. Basen jest żaden, parking płatny. Słowem: nie polecam

Great hotel. Spacious rooms, good food, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. My daughter and myself had a massage at the spa, it was amazing, we had massages with Teresa. Teresa is so professional and nice. All staff at the spa was super nice.

This hotels ticks all the boxes, the rooms were a generous size, the facilities are great, staff are very helpful, the hotel has a great variety of food including halal options. The location is good away from the hustle and bustle, the main hot spots such as Plaza Nueva is a 5 minutes taxi ride away or if you prefer public transport you can take a bus, the bus stop is a few minutes walk from the hotel. There is also, a shopping mall accross the road, plenty of resturants near by including halal too! .

The indoor and outdoor pool were at opposite ends of the hotel. Spa, area was an additional cost however this also means you have the spa area all to yourself.

Next time, maybe?

Very good parking on site. The staff, given the size of the hotel, they are working hard and deserve recognition for the extra they give to guests. With one exception - person who makes eggs for breakfast (if those are real eggs, which I doubt, more like one of these powdered semi chemical food). Those are horrible. And kitchen chef who is responsible for what goes out of kitchen, shame on you :) Seriously, make something with it. How you can get better score when you cannot make scrabled eggs? And altough I've asked for higher floor, we got lowest and view was bad. Fortunately we had program all day out of hotel.

The bed. Traditional Spanish size of bed = small. Fun fact: size of bed for me and my wife was basically the same size as pull-out couch for our son :) Breakfast. Score 2 out of 10. Fun fact: most people remember two things in hotel, and that is bed and breakfast. Both are fail here. But, maybe can be fixed for future guests. The shallowness of "we are saving the planet with soap dispensers" vs. "tons of products for breakfast in tiny single use packages" like 9gram (is that even a teaspoon?) ketchup and so on. If you really care, change the breakfast sortiment as well. Oh, almost forgot - TV Luna chanell was not working, but I played a detective in front of kid and found out from reception prices of soda in minibar! Yay me! But next time, simple QR code somewhere on desk leading to hotel infopage for guests will do ;)

Very cosy stay, we enjoyed it a lot!

The room was very cosy, beds were clean and comfortable (love that they use duvets instead of the usual sheets). Bathroom was also very clean with great warm water and water pressure. Great value for money! We also enjoyed the rooftop tanning beds and the fact that the hotel has many options for indoor activities (spa, gym, pool) for extremely hot days. The staff is also very helpful and helped us book cabs (which arrived really quickly) on a couple of occasions.

The pool was sadly tiny and always really crowded (I guess that's because we were there during the heat wave), so we didn't get to use it. Our room was also not cleaned even though we didn't have the 'do not disturb' sign on, but we didn't mind too much because that only happened once and we were going to check out the next morning. Location is decent (quiet area) but about a 20-30min walk to the city centre, so just keep that in mind if you don't want to walk too much!

Location was good, rooms were clean and AC was excellent in hot weather. Pool was medium size. Parking was handy.

There was no kettle in the room which i think was very odd (never seen that before in any hotel). Definitely, they need to start having kettle in each room.

When we visit Granada again, we would definitely come back to Gran Hotel Luna!

Lovely bright decor and great cool atmosphere - especially when stepping in out of the very hot sunshine. Aircon in room was also excellent. Staff were very welcoming and facilities good. We really enjoyed cooling dips in the pool. Due to extreme heat, the ‘indoor’ one had the roof retracted so that and the outdoor pool enabled plenty of space for a quiet swim 😊 Good variety available for breakfast.

Nothing really but one small aspect - signage for access to car park could be more prominent for hotel residents to make arrival easier.

Very convenient just off the moterway with good underground parking. The bar area was nice. Staff friendly and arranged a taxi for us to the La Alhambra.

It's in a residential area 45min walk to old town but taxi was reasonably priced and took about 15mins. The pool area was just ok, it's open to the public as well as hotel guests and no shower at pool it was also quite difficult to get to through the hotel. The windows were so dirty you couldn't see out of them.
