Airconditioning didn’t work very well

Very good facilities and comfortable bed

I was a couple of hours late in amending my second booking and they would not refund my fee, even though I changed to another Campanile. Very poor business practice with no flexibility. I paid twice for the same night. Is this profiteering or is it stealing money.

The employees were nice and helpful.

I ended up changing rooms because the cold water wasn’t working in the first room(toilet wouldn’t flush and only hot water came out of the sink). Both bathrooms had hair in the shower and on the toilet.

could hear people just talking and putting things down in the rooms next door, they were not loud or noisy just general talking so walls must be very thin, not good after a long drive and early start next morning. Restaurant fully booked, told to come back at 20:30 but people just stayed drinking at their table, had to walk thirty minutes to a fast food burger outlet.

Found the staff quite unfriendly and supercilious. The restaurant staff were very bustling and the food was awful. Usually we enjoy Campanile restaurants so very disappointed. We couldn't see alternatives around the hotel and so probably would not stay here again. Reception asked if we enjoyed the meal and when I said not no further comment was made! The room was smelly. Even leaving the door open for 30minutes didn't cure the problem.

Not all rooms are on the ground floor and there is no lift. Acces to the room is from outside like in American motel. There is not much light in the room. Poor wifi.

At check-in very friendly and an extra plus speaking English. Safe parking. Happy to get low floor as we asked for because travelling with old dog. Breakfast good.

Service restaurant very slow and sluggish, maybe new staff? Waiting 50 minutes just to order drinks, would have been better to improve procedures - get the customer a drink while reviewing the menu. Also keep track of which guests are in line for next ordering, we were bypassed by 3 other tables arriving after us.

The breakfast was good. Location good too.

Decor was looking tired. Water dripping through the ceiling. Restaurant being closed. Great disappointment.

Break-fast was good, bed was comfortable and restaurant was quite decent. The waiter was very good and caring. Location was good for me as it was closed to the A9 highway.

Room price a bit high for the space of the room, but I take that's France in Summer.
