Never ever book a room with bathtub. Normal rooms are far better than bathtub rooms.

Ambience and food is good.

I booked specifically for bathtub. But pointless, even after changing rooms for like four times. No bathtub in the any room actually worked. Even the staff gave up saying, these can't be repaired.

Not to my expectations overall can say ok only

The bed was good

There was a mouse in the room and there are a lot of cockroaches in the bathroom, and i don’t know how they build the bathroom, whenever you bath there are plenty of water that comes out and makes the whole bathroom so wet until u cannot enter and have to call the cleaners to clean and after 7pm they will close the easiest entering for guest that walk and the guest have to walk all they way to the reception to enter , i think they want to save electricity, but we have to pay so much

The hotel is aged and need urgent renovation

The hotel badly need renovation, the movement you enter the lobby you can feel the sweepag smell,, rooms walls and outer part of hotel looks dampness, and noy maintained, this hotel is not good for staying, and it cannot be called it's a 4/5 star property, don't book this hotel

Complimentary breakfast was good. It was a comfortable accommodation.

Dinner which comes with package is not that good. Stale chicken is used at times. Need to improve on cleanliness and maintenance as well. Many corks in bottles are untidy

the hotel should be investigated for security and hygiene. it must be shut down, it is pathetic and horrible with unclea

except location there is nothing good about it

there is no privacy, the housekeeping enters the room without knocking leading to breach of privacy, there were cockroach in the room, pungant smeels, the staff was misbehaving, i was about to lodge criminal complaint, the hotel wont let out check out and it was most horrible experience, we felt unsafe

It is unethical to present outdated photos of rooms as current and accurate representation. I suggest reaching out to whoever is responsible for the photos and asking for updated, accurate images to be used in order to avoid misleading potential guests or customers.

Shabby and unclean stinking rooms. The foul smell was really bothering to sleep. Cocroachs were freely moving n mosquitoes were present. I have never seen a 4 star hotel in my life. Even the breakfast was stale. Please warn guests who approaches you for booking.

Good question .. I like the concept of ‘as customers we should be positive even things are not lined-up well; and take cate of the hotel management’.

1) poor hospitality 2) front desk 3) safety concerns 4) poor food and arrangement 6) management 7) room facility and cleanliness book 7) in short it is a 2 star categoey Also rhey are cheating to customer. What shown in site is 360° opposite. Nothing good. Please take ip to his owner desk.

Don't stay at The Manohar-Hyderabad

We checked in around 2 am in the night. AC was just a display no cooling at all its hopeless.No package drinking water was there only a glass bottle of water was there.As per your app in std.room minibar should be there. But they give the room without minibar. On complain they promise to upgrade in the morning. Our night was horrible night of my life. No proper lighting in room. My Room no. was 408. Ask for a package drinking water they charge ₹80 for 1 ltr. Bottle. We stayed in Green Park for balance 2 nights.Everything was super. They serve unlimited package drinking water ,'Kinley'.
