Desde nuestra llegada, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros en todo momento, haciéndonos sentir bienvenidos y cuidados. Los desayunos son exquisitos, con una gran variedad y calidad. Además, cenamos allí durante los dos días de nuestra estancia y la cena fue igualmente excelente, con platos de alta calidad y un sabor delicioso. the staff were very good hotel gave us fast track bracelets for the rides. It made the experience so much better hotel very close to the park

Breakfast good but understaffed

Our children's brand new shoes were "taken" from the pool area. We reported this at reception, we asked to see the duty manager but this was denied. The staff did not deal with the matter at all well. We were told that someone would contact us but at the time of writing some three weeks later, we have heard nothing. We were given generic email addressees for the entire complex including the parks and have heard nothing back. I am hoping through this forum, the appropriate reaction and response might be given. It definitely ruined an otherwise very enjoyable stay. As long as you come and go then its ok but your just a number if something go's wrong. Very very disappointed by this impersonal approach to customer service and clearly they are not concerned about repeat custom just racking the tourists up. Disappointing.
