I have stayed there many times since 2021 and it is constantly improving its service, restaurant and rooms.

Only warm water showers and the restaurant does not serve wines.

location as a place to stay when traveling further. It is clean, has a decent restaurant. It is everything you Ned.

Usually it is very quiet. We have stayed there at least 6 times when in transit. This last night someone had a car alarm going off at 4:00am. Not the hotels responsibility I know but not good.

front desk did not help solve a payment issue had to pay double they don’t speak english, poor customer service.

The Restaurant was good und the staff was nice.

Looks better from the outside than from inside. The room had no window to the outside, only to the hallway. It was very loud, you could hear every word. There were problems with breakfast because it was only included for one person, even though there were two of us. That makes no sense. The bathroom was moldy.

Very awesome beds and super clean. Carbonara pasta at the restaurant are yummi.

Hotel staff were surprised we arrived by bicycle and a bit cold, however everything went well.

Still the resort is good, they offer good foon indoors, prices are ok. They inxlude bottles of water and coffee in the room.

This is the only decent hotel in Cardenas Tabasco, also, a bit expensive for the place, you find same prices in Cancun, on a resort like this one, the difference here you don't have beach LOL.

Nice place for overnight stay

I do not want to offend anyone but Cárdenas is generally not really nice place to be - but of course this is not the problem of the hotel ;-)

Personal was cool) The shower was good and WiFi also was good

We haven’t got windows which are on the street, only at hall, the smell was a lil bit hard.
