Hotel, staff, decor was all great. The street map they gave us at reception was very helpful.

The pillows were not very good and there was no tea and coffee making facilities.

Very big bed and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also it was clean room. The stay was very relaxing.

The location but if you have a car you can park easily around if the parking is full as it happened to me. And the taxi rates to centre or aquarium are normal priced around 6€.

Check-in was smooth, receptionist offered to pick luggage from my car and deliver to the room since i had to park and come over with my 3 year old by myself. At reception received coupons for free drink in the bar. Parking is not too expensive,right in the property. Facilities modern and newm A Pre Booked child crib was in the room with bedding and cute child amenities. Bathroom had child tub and toilet adapter (super for families with babies). Plus so many towels were available, even a baby got extra two! Bed was super big and comfortable with duvet and comfy pillows. Shower very nice,overall clean. Night blinds on the window and quiet part of the building gave a good sleep. Really late working restaurant. Late check out time. Play area in the hotel lobby for children. Location is not too far from the center, close to big shopping mall,several supermarketa

Air Conditioning super weak,barely cooled down by the middle of the night,felt very warm in the room and it was mid January... Neighbouring house wall view through the window,nothing else. Room doors with poor soundproofing, all sounds from coridor felt amplified. Water kettle was really missed in the room. Parking is good but extremely narrow ,so not recommended for slightly bigger cars. Flat TV but not Smart.

Big big bed! everything you need from basic shampoo, conditioner to blow dryer, shaving and dental kit. Breakfast it’s really good! Staff is super friendly and helpful. Front desk attendant Alvaro recommended us a really good place nearby to eat (Capizza) he brought us a crib himself for our 7month old baby with also a tub, baby kit including shampoo, soap, body milk and towels for the baby 💙 there’s parking on site (10€ a night, not bad) quiet surroundings we were able to rest.

Parking is scary tight! But not only in this property, it’s a common thing in Spain we learned. just be careful lol

The bed size and quality - mattress and pillow were amazing. The staff were great. The decor was beautiful.

The hotel has a bar and restaurant which is open until 00:30 in the night, so there is always something to eat and drink. In addition, it is in a great location with friendly staff who even left a birthdaycard in the room on my girlfriend's birthday and a bottle of champagne to congratulate her.

there are 2 buildings, one had rooms in oldest one, bar and restaurant for breakfast is in the other building we received room without window, after discussion on front desk they changed the room. there was a lot of molds in the bathroom, ugly during breakfast was a lot of people in small area, food was cold, not recommended
