We had a nice stay, the staff are lovely and the room is clean and comfortable.

Buffet breakfast is nice- not many vegetarian options with hot food but the chef made custom omelettes and things like that which was awesome.

We booked a room with a spa on the balcony, only to be told on arrival that we could not have this room as the air con was broken. Would have been good to be told ahead of time.

Only 3 x poolside sun loungers which were uncomfortable. Extortionate price of poolside (small) beer.

Lovely Stay

The staff were absolutely beautiful, so helpful and professional - brought me a gorgeous complimentary birthday cake on my birthday. Always smiling and happy to help. Rooftop pool and bar was gorgeous - pool is nice and deep and has a wonderful view. Rooms are clean and comfortable - cleaning service is very thorough. Delicious continental breakfast with a great selection. Location is in district 1 - great tourist destinations around including markets and food places in walking distance. Staff kindly offered to hold our bags after check out until our flight time. We highly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Recommend +++++

Perfectly located to see all of the sights. Comfortable, clean and has all you need.

The pool and sky bar were really good with an enticing happy hour and excellent view. The rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The location was excellent - walking distance to Ben Thanh, Saigon Centre and a longer walk to some of the sights and night markets.

There’s really nothing wrong with the property, however it is a little aged. The pool area is small so you need to be prepared that you might not get a pool facing sun lounge.

Great location, room descriptions misleading.

Great location close to all the good things to see and do in in HCMC. Nice view from rooftop pool and some rooms. Good internet and nice large bathtub in room.

Room images and description very misleading, they have taken images from the best angles of 3-4 different rooms and presented them as if it is the same, single room. In the end we had the option between a small room with nice view, or larger room with bad view and lots of street noise as it was on a lower level... this really didn't meet expectations especially considering the price charged for the room. Pool closed too early, not because of safety as it was never supervised.

- Nettopreise auf der Karte (ohne Steuer, ohne Servicegebühr) d.h. Preise, die eh schon europäisch sind sind noch einmal 15% teurer - Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist schlecht bis gar nicht regulierbar und die Zimmeranordnung veranlasst, dass es direkt ins Gesicht bläst. - eher älteres Mobiliar - Zimmer recht klein - recht hellhörige Zimmer - Ausblick aus dem Zimmer in einen Hinterhof

Good and well maintained Hotel

It's a small property. But kept clean with warm and helpful staff. They understand English and are always willing to help. The rooms are small but kept well maintained and clean and is equipped with adequate facilities. The breakfast menu is good enough and they cater for some change is menu each day. Centrally located hence accessible to all city attractions

Best place to be in Saigon

Customer service was excellent. You are appreciated as a guest and treated with kindness. I really liked the young man that helped with luggage and always smiling and asking how my day is going. Breakfast was just beautiful and so a 5 star dining experience, using beautiful dinnerware and lovely linen. The host Lucas was so professional and accommodating, Lucas suggested a delicious breakfast dish that is cooked especially for you so you must try. So many choices were available, if I could fit more food in I would have tried everything that's how great the selection was. The pool and bar was so inviting why wouldn't you go for a swim and cocktail. Saigon Centre and markets were in walking distance. Thankyou 🙏❤️ for taking care of me I will miss you.

Disappointing

These hotel asked me to cancell on booking.com and book other app. Which i have refused. They took 1 million vnm d security deposit apart from and not refunded yet and no response from them at all. They have not provided smoking room as well. Overall very bad experience. I request you to arrange my refund my advance desposit

Very OK rooms with indian food restaurant nearby

The Location is good and near to market

The room is very small for a couple and 1 kid age 9years. Also they had a ceramic shampoo dispensers in washroom which by mistake fell and broke for which they asked a penalty of 3 lakh vnd. Thou we didnt pay but there was a drama at the time of checkout.

The hotel is very conveniently located with easy access to everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast selection is very good. Tiny touches like free water and soft drinks each day much appreciated. Would definitely return.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check in and check out process was efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good as well as the swimming facilities.

Breakfast had good range of choices. The location was close to places of interest. The room was of adequate size and facilities. Pleasant greetings and very good help with luggage and taxis.

Breakfast cutlery was not easily accessible. Limited vegetarian food options. Only cows milk available, soy is helpful for many. Front entry to hotel has steep and potentially slippery steps. Bathroom shower had no door, just open, much water on the floor. Only one chair in room, too little for a couple and particularly if family visit. The safety box would work initially, but then would not open. Staff were needed twice to unlock the safety box.

A wonderful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Saigon Boutique Hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The rooftop pool and spa were really pretty. The breakfast was delicious and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. They even brought a birthday cake to our room on my birthday which was really special. Highly recommended

our expectations were higher

The location of the hotel is excellent and many interesting places are accessible on foot. The view from the pool after dark is amazing, you don't need to go to the observation tower, but it is small in terms of space and only has two sunbeds. The staff in the restaurant, the cleaners and the porter were nice.

We were more dissatisfied than satisfied. Already upon arrival, we had the feeling that we were bothering the receptionist. We did not understand the reviews we had read about the spacious rooms, as ours was so big that we barely opened the suitcase, we had a view of the wall of the neighboring house and a window as small as a basement. There was a door on the shower which was kept closed only by force of will. The air conditioning could not be regulated, so we had to sleep at the opposite end of the bed. When leaving, we were not missed by the grumpiness of the reception, which we had
