Amazing

I liked the stay very much in the resort, the parties every night, the activities are suitable for all ages, all the time there are activities for children and adults, areas suitable for children and another are suitable for adults, we were never bored, there was always something to do The food is very tasty and suitable for all tastes, there are several restaurants inside the resort, we tried the Turkish and Italian restaurant, really delicious, and there were drinks and ice cream all day, the food, drinks, ice cream and Turkish pastries are very delicious, you cannot feel hungry here! I fell in love with the resort and will be back every time I came here in belek i will stay in this resort

Great location

Great for kids, food was a great selection and lots to do.

Beds like a snooker table and Wi-Fi kept not working. Staff on reception tried to overcharge us on arrival.

Don’t waste your money and health on this property

swimming pools and bartenders

Food was terrible, flies everywhere, my kids had issues with their stomach bad food and meat quality, i guess also the property doesn’t invest in bringing good chefs receptionists don’t speak English well some receptionists don’t look friendly rooms are ver old with weary design and carpets

Great time spent nevertheless

Xanadu remains my family and friends our favourite resort in antalya . Entertainment team , resturants service team amazing . Beach and pool wonderful and cozy.

Unfortunately one incident at check out was disappointing and left me with sour feelings . The interrogative attitude was not appreciated and caused mt great stress . Things happen , we all learn . On other hand as a fan of Xanadu , I think the food quality at main buffet and Turkish restaurant was served cold most of the time . Hi respect for the nice service team that I can't remember all their names.

Superb

The staff was very nice, the hotel is full of activities for the baby. The view is great. The shows is very good shows. The waters are very nice and give a good service. The food is very delicious A great value to the price.

The location is very far and only Taxes can get to the hotel. Shuttle could solve this problem. Their is no enough waters near the pool.

Great hotel , great staff, great food , downfall was the flies

Lovely hotel

Everything was lovely, staff , food at Buffett was all good, my only complaint is the flies around the salad bar, I have been to many all inclusives, however did big eat salad for the 3 days I was there because of the files , everything else was perfect

Pleasant

The pools are nice and good activities for kids and adults.

The rooms had bugs, the beds were not comfortable, the food was not good compared to other hotels we stayed in last year in the same area. Finally, sewerage smell was all over the main bar.

Reallt enjoyable break away in a great location!

The buffet! The pools! The staff! Entertainment for kids is fantastic.

The rooms are old fashioned and small. The Italian restaurant was terrible. Severe mosquito problem! The water slide opening times are a little strange.

The food at this hotel is very disappointing. options are very limited.

Very good 5* all inclusive

Hotel is amazing, you have everything from 5* all inclusive service on a good level of quality. The territory is huge and green, the beach is really big, so you can always find a place (also maybe because it was in October). Different bars and restaurants with really good quality of drinks and food. Expecially a la carte restaurants! Also we really appreciated the adult zone for the beach. For SPA it was not always the case.

Wi-Fi is really a problem, only good connection near reception which is really inconvenient. Sometime the waiters in the restaurant just ignoring you when you want to order drinks. When you go to do it by yourself, they are super angry at you. Once we even complained by the manager.

Very good

The pools were fantastic and the grounds and the beach were lovely. Our 4 year old son loved all the kids activities.

The restaurant opening times clashed a bit with the evening activities for kids.

Definitely not 5 star and nothing special

Not much

This is not a 5 star resort. It would be lucky to be a 4 star at best. Staff were rude, as if we were an inconvenience. The only decent staff was one waiter in the restaurant and one of the maid’s who were lovely.

Brilliant hotel, lovely weather, plenty of food and drink!

Food was lovely. Beach was great. Pool was nice but not many sun loungers available unless you're super early

We had a child with a peanut allergy in our group and the food was not clearly marked at all. Turkish food uses a lot of nuts, which is fine and we played it safe, but more info would have been appreciated
