Location is ideal next to Pier. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The teas/coffees are restocked every day along with chocolates and biscuits. Breakfast is great and hotel itself is lovely decor and in good condition.

Breakfast and location was perfect.
We booked a family room and there was 2 double beds in the room. Not a double and bunks as I expected. It was very cramped and you had to step over a bed to get to the bathroom. For the price I expected more.

The location was brilliant. The breakfast was very good. I like that food was available most of the day & on the whole was very good.
A couple of the staff were smiling but the rest of the staff were not, more smiles please, it makes a huge difference to making the guest feel welcome 😊. Also they need to make it clear what time food is served until in the afternoon. Also it would be good at breakfast, if the server came to the table & tells the guest that they are serving them & if we need anything to let them know ( this will save stopping another server passing my table to get me something but who isn't actually covering my table).

The location of this hotel is fantastic! Right opposite the pier and the beach.
Breakfast was included in the price and it was delicious!! Made to order too so there was no waste with it being sat out.
Our room was ready early so we could drop our things off when we arrived and I was so surprised at how clean the hotel was with it being dog friendly. Absolutely spotless!!
We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal too and we received a free drink with it being our first night there, which was very welcomed. My little girl is only 3 and we received the same fabulous service as the other guests and she very much enjoyed her food from the children’s menu. The menu was very reasonable and delicious, the night we were there was steak night so they had an offer on for 2 steaks and a bottle of wine. If I thought my 3 year old would have shared that with me, I may well have opted for that!
Opposite the hotel is a little train which runs over to the other beach every 20 minutes so that saved us a long walk, my daughter particularly enjoyed this and we spent a lovely afternoon making sandcastles.
Parking is an issue as it is with most hotels in Llandudno but there are a few long stay car parks which are very reasonably priced. I imagine if you are more patient than me then you could circle and found a space closer.
I am very much looking forward to staying again, hopefully for a little longer next time.

The location was excellent, the building was beautiful, the greeter was a nice fella friendly and polite. Room facilities were excellent
The parking was absolutely horrendous, we had two little girls who wanted some toast before bed I went and asked for some plates and the look I got from the waiter was awful. (Family friendly he certainly wasn't). The waiter in the morning was quite rude and didn't speak much either this would really put me off staying again. The carpet in the room was ill fitted and was like it was to big and baggy. The room was dirty in the corners and skirting boards.
Definitely not worth the 150 a night.
