Het was heerlijk/fantastisch

Heerlijk genoten, rustig en schoon hotel. Weet niet hoe het in het hoogseizoen is. Wij hebben genoten van ons heerlijke appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers. Goed ingerichte kamer!!!

Fallait y aller pour savoir qu’il ne faut pas y retourner.

L’emplacement.

1) le personnel qui n’est pas qualifié, non-accueillant, pas intéressé par le confort du client et ne parle rien d’autre que le turc. 2) le manque cruel de sérieux pour le nettoyage des chambres - l’état des sols etait catastrophique. 3) un problème de coffre-fort où systématiquement quelqu’un de la maintenance devait passer pour ouvrir ou fermer le coffre-fort. Plusieurs autres possibilités de traiter le problème (changer le coffre ou changer de chambre). 4) restaurant et bar peu enviables.

It was spacious with lovely pool areas. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from.

The room was not clean. When we checked into our room the dishwasher was full and hadn’t been emptied. Bathroom had mould. Blanket on the bed was stained. Placemats on kitchen table had dried up food stuck on them. The room was smelling of cigarettes. The floor was dirty and the lounge has cigarette ash everywhere as well as small holes from cigarette burns. The shower glass had conditioner stuck on it and seemed like it wasn’t cleaned from the previous guests. Glasses in the kitchen were put away wet and had lipstick marks on them. One of the door frames in the bathroom came off the hinges and almost fell on us. The resort is very dated and needs a lot of work. Another issue we had was with the outdoor sliding door - it was broken and we couldn’t lock it - we complained to the manager and he had it fixed the next day. Another issue we had was the en-suite shower - water wouldn’t run away quick enough and would fill up very quickly. Other than our room issues everything else was OK.

PERFECT

Absolutely perfect stay. Apartment was big, well equipped and very clean. Cleaning almost everyday. Really good SPA - try their packages. But also sauna free of charge. Good breakfast. Beach in 3-4 minutes of walking

Far from Bodrum, A little bit expensive but clean and good facilities

Big apartment with two bathrooms. All the facilities you need. Restaurant was clean and staff there was very nice and helpfull. Parking was on site, with barrier. Wifi ok. A little family of cats with 3 kitties was the main attraction.

Bar pool worked only 2 days in weekend and the other two was closed. Not shure why. Reception did not prepare for 5 guests even if we paid for 5 adults. We had to ask for 5th towel when we cheked in and the day that they changed towels. I would suggest that reception would make aware the cleaning stuff how many persons per room they accomodate. Be aware that is far from Bodrum center and you need taxi or car to get there.

Dishonest staff, they lied to us+ Room with Broken AC + Dirty shower with clogged drain.

The receptionist lied to us: they gave us a room with broken AC (cooling system), and it was a super-hot day. When we asked them to change our room, they said they don't have any additional room available and they will send a technician to fix it and if it doesn't fix the AC they will reimburse us fully; The AC never worked, and they refused to reimburse us. Lastly, the shower drain was clogged, and water would pool.

My sweet home away from home. Everything was perfect! Reception, restaurant, cleaning — top! Thank you, guys, love you all. Your help, advices and smiles are priceless, I really appreciated that. I miss my apartment so much, that comfy bed and morning birds’ singing, my breakfasts and Turkish coffee and my dinners and pleasant company, thank you, guys, I miss you so much. Salmon salad is the best!:))) Thank you guys and girl with beautiful eyes, from the reception, you’re the best, your advices and help meant a lot for me. Definitely gonna back, don’t wanna look for another place to stay. With lots of love, K. Çok teşekkür ederim!

Everything was unfinished. The rooms, the bathrooms, doors don’t close properly, kitchen utensils were dirty, drains don’t drain, toilets don’t flush. the place was a dump.

Good property, bad service.

We looked for big apartment for a week coworking of three people. We needed a lot of space for comfortable work on laptop and zoom calls. We've got it.

On the third day of our stay, the internet became unstable and sometimes fell down. For three days hotel do nothing because his IT guy says that everything was ok. When I suggested reception guy call him on WhatsApp (and check the quality) he had understood the problem and had started to worry about it. So that's how we lost 3 days when nobody tried to solve the problem. And even after that, the problem was not solved before our checkout. We have a problem with the drain in the shower and sink. It was fixed in a slipshod manner. There are only three people in the restaurant who understand English and are on the ball (2 girls and 1 respectable man) — and they work different shifts (so the service in the restaurant was a lottery). Young guys in the restaurant mostly were bumbling and generated confuses one by one. Breakfast was normal but poor. If your stay is more than three days, I am not sure that paying for breakfast is a good idea. Music from the pool bar starts 11:00 and finishes only evening. It's not possible to have a zoom call with open balcony door.

Exceptional

We really enjoyed relaxing in this apartment. A good breakfast and a lovely underground garage. We especially appreciated the lack of mandatory prepayment and the possibility of paying on the spot in cash or by bank card. It is a pity that it was not possible to pay with a UnionPay card - this type of card is common in Russia and we paid with UnionPay for all our purchases in Turkey.

Superb

The slightly out of the way location so wasn't to busy. But easy to get to bars and restaurants.

If the wind was in the wrong direction you could hear the loud music coming from Gumbet late at night, but apart from that it was all good.

Not bad, but could be better

Very good location, 5 min walk from the beach, nice territory, very friendly staff. The hotel is clean and well maintained.

Breakfast is modest: limited selection of food and almost no desserts. Cappuccino one can order only for additional charge - I find it outrageous. I also had an issue with toilet paper one day - it finished and I have to ask many times to the reception to get it. They were able to bring only next day... incredible
