Passable

The place was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

Some confusion with check in and payment as the main reception is near the bus drop off instead of the property itself. No hot water and the staff could not be contacted. We were also given the room on the first floor, which had a weird basement attic in the bedroom.

Badly equipped apartment in a good location with internet that does not work most of the time.

The location was good, but that was all that was good I'm afraid.

The internet was really bad and did not work most of the time. There was very bad smell coming from one of the bathrooms which was not resolved promptly, they told us to open the bathroom door and the windows (the bathroom has no window), which of course did not help at all. So we asked for a change of apartment, which they did. The other apartment was cleaner and the internet worked better at first. Until they turned off the router on our floor and the Wifi signal was only workable near to the door. The only explanation they gave was that the owner removed that router. The kitchen was also not very well equipped, do not expect to be able to cook your own meals.

Staff was very kind and everything was in place and as described.

the bathroom was not very clean, the toilet and handwasher were noticeable dirty

Great location with a spacious layout.

Noise was awful. Some restaurant had music blaring until almost midnight. Trucks, motorbikes and cars pass all evening until about 11pm and then begin again at 5pm. Bring ear plugs.

This Apartment Needs Repair!

The location.

The apartment has serious water penetration issues. During heavy rains the walls leaked water. And the paint and finish is peeling like crazy because of this. I also see mold developing in the upstairs master bedroom closet. I think it's a safety issue, and who likes to mop up water all over the floor when they're on vacation? I think the apartment needs these repairs before they rent it out to anyone else. The apartment also needs a better dining table set and chairs.

Very good

It did not have a parking space, some repairs were being made in the building from very early on the morning, generating a lot of noise, the other guests who stayed on the same date also made a lot of noise at night.

Great apartment but noisy street at night

It's a full furnished apartment with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms close to everything is Guatapé.

The location is nice during the day but it's right besides a busy street and its way too noisy at night. I slept with earplugs and could still hear people celebrating and motocycles driving around in the middle of the night. A shame they couldn't put better windows on such a nice apartment building. No credit cards accepted. Only cash 35,000 peso cleaning fee besides rental price. $10
