This is a beautiful property nestled in a small neighborhood. Check in was so easy, as we were given a code to access a lockbox to get the key. Sophia is a wonderful host and excellent cook. Our breakfast was absolutely delicious and she was fun to talk to. As for amenities, the room had a hair dryer, very nice shampoo and conditioner, body wash, body lotion and spray. There was also a lovely tea set up for us in our room when we arrived. It was the perfect pick me up after a long drive.

A truly fantastic B&B experience. The room and bathroom were very spacious and had a real luxury feel to them. Having a balcony was an added bonus and we really enjoyed finishing our day by sitting out there enjoying the peaceful location. Little touches like having some home-made cake waiting for us in the room was really appreciated. But the reason you have to visit is for the breakfast, simply amazing; freshly made quiche, freshly made bread and croissants straight from the oven, porraige, fresh fruits, yoghurt with an array of topics . . . we will definitely stay here again.
I genuinely cannot fault this B&B in any way. The only thing I can say is be aware that it is a little out of the centre of Fort Augustus (like a 10 minute walk) but being such a busy tourist place I think this is actually a positive for most people.

Sofia went above and beyond!
The B&B is stunning and very well presented. The room was really luxurious and spaces and not a spec of dirt in sight.
Sofia made some extra special gestures for our anniversary and it was so appreciated and even offered to drop us and collect from the village for some food. She could not do enough for us!
The B&B was a perfect location for a 15-20 minute walk to the pub and Loch Ness and was ideal for our final stop of our summer trip.
There is nothing bad to say about Sofia or the B&B. We did find that the kettle didn’t actually make water hot enough but this was a very minor thing.

We really enjoy our stay at this B&B! Sofia, the owner, was always on top of everything and sending us information ahead of time. We arrived late at night and if it wasn't for her directions, I am not sure we would have found the place. She also gave us recommendations for dinner in town. Loved the large room and extra comfortable bed. Great spa style shower :)!! Give it a 11/10!!
The only thing I would improve is adding 1-2 signs to show the way to the property.

Sofia the host was very friendly. The check in was really easy. The room was very comfortable, as was the bed. Bathroom was nice and nice products within. Good location despite the 15 minute walk into the village.
Despite the comments below, there was a lot more that was good about this place than could be improved. We were generally happy we chose to stay here.
The house is pretty modern, so the walls and floor/ceiling are quite thin. We could hear talking through the wall from the lounge into our room until pretty late in the evening. Then when the people went upstairs, we could hear every movement they made for quite some time. We would have thought breakfast would have been included for this booking price, but it was an additional £14 each in cash. Appreciate we didn't see the quality of what was offered, but a continental breakfast with porridge for £14 seems pretty expensive. So we went to a restaurant for our breakfast instead

This B&B was exceptional. This was the most luxurious place we stayed. The rooms and showers were amazing and the breakfast very delicious. Our host was very gracious and kind. I would highly recommend this B&B to everyone- you will not be disappointed. Hope to come back again someday.

The host was exceptionally welcoming. The house is beautifully turned out, and the balcony was a lovely little retreat after a long day of walking.

Location good. Breakfast was the best we have ever had. Home cooked with everything home/baked by the lovely Sofia. Beautiful house with individual privacy for each room. Having breakfast was a very unusual delight. Facilities excellent and warm. Look forward to returning.
It would be a good idea to have hooks for jackets on the back of the room door. All else was perfect.

The breakfast was given on time and was freshly made with variety to suit all diet types I feel. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. It had a balcony to step outside and enjoy the views and fresh air. The room was modern and had little personal touches. Free WiFi and a place to park. Welcoming and friendly hostess. Recommend!

It was clean, comfortable and quiet.
The self-checkin worked but was a bit impersonal. Also, there was no cooked breakfast option. Given that it was advertised on booking.com as a B&B, it could have been clearer that breakfast was extra. Could not close the bathroom blind, so worried about scaring folks walking in the garden while using it.

A minor thing - the beds in a couple of the rooms caught your legs and ankles when walking by and getting in and out of bed.

It's very clean and comfortable. A nice quiet location. Slept well. Nicely furnished. Nice clean bathroom.
There was a bit of miscommunication about the breakfast so we didn't really have it. I didn't love being in a home with other people staying too although we never saw them. A TV in the room would have been good.
