The second floor has a large master bedroom, a kid's bedroom with a twin-over-full-sized bunk-bed, and a full bath with tub/shower. 2 Kayaks are included in the rental. You launch in the pond across the street or down the hill in the backyard and into the bay. Parking in front of house will accommodate three cars. A second driveway provides room for a couple more. House water is drinkable. A large reverse-osmosis system provides water for the whole house (dishes, showers, etc.). If you've been to Popham before, you know what a rarity this is! A large, comfortable deck with patio table and chairs, plus four Adirondack chairs. A propane grill for cooking is also on the deck. A small, rock fire ring is in the back yard.
