This lovely 3 bedroom townhouse is spread across 3 floors and comes with a back yard patio. The home benefits from a bright kitchen right on the ground floor. The first floor features the living area and the master bedroom and the second and last floor hosts two additional bedrooms. Each floor has its own bathroom as well (one en-suite) We are located just next the beautiful South Park area and close the restaurants and grocery stores - all within walking distance! Pets - not allowed Smoking - not allowed ********************************************************************************************* Early Check-in and Late Check-Out Policy We understand that sometimes circumstances require a little more flexibility when arriving or leaving, so we offer the possibility of an early check-in and/or late check-out, subject to availability. However, please note the following charges apply: Early Check-In Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof before the standard check-in time (3pm). Late Check-Out Fee: £15 for every additional hour or part thereof beyond the standard check-out time (11am). To ensure smooth transitions for all our guests, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you anticipate needing an early check-in or a late check-out.
