Mirko is a wonderful host! His wife Dany is lovely too ❤️ Mirko did the tourist registration on the first day. The room was also very clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed, we also had a very nice gazebo where we had breakfast every day. The apartments are very close to the old town, which is also very beautiful, the sea is also very close. Mirko always asked us if we were all right, it's very nice ☺️ Dany ironed the clothes for us, which was also very nice and helped out!

The hosts were lovely and helpful without being overbearing. Great information on arrival. There was a nice tiny garden area I could have a drink outside. Bliss. Close to bus station and the old town.

Take mosquito repellant, my fault got bitten, used aircon afterwards and that helped.

Friendly,hospitable and helpful hosts❤ loved it! the atmosphere and place with magic and good energy and the view.... in the apartament you will find everything you need, very clean. Despite street which is quite close it was enough silience to sleep very well. We can honestly recommend this place for stay. Thank you!

The apartment location, it's cleanliness and the hosts. Mirko and I think he said his brother own these apartments and they have done an excellent job of designing and maintaining them. Mirko upon arrival was a friendly guy. On departure his wife Daniela was also friendly and gave good well wishes for my onward travel.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The host was really welcoming and friendly and they definitely made me feel at home (even prepared a city map for me!). The location is priceless - just by the bay and 8 mins walk from the old town. The apartment is actually bigger than I thought and very homey and cozy. If you need anything just ask and it will be sorted (quick response). My bed accidentally broke in the middle of the night and Mirko has been very sweet to sort it out for me. I actually forgot to leave €2 for the city tax but Mirko was really nice to cover it. PS I was told that the host was quite famous locally for playing water polo😄

it’s on the ground floor and next to the road so it could get a bit noisy at night (people talking outside). Also I spotted some moths in the bathroom mainly (which is quite annoying) - don’t know if it’s bc it’s on the ground floor? I noticed only cold water available for the sink.

Perfect location, in particular if you come by bus. Quiet and at the same time very close to the old town - the perfect combination. Extremely friendly and welcoming host who provided good tips.

My garden facing room did not really have a window other then the one in the door. That had not been clear to me from the description. Nevertheless, I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my stay.

The host (Mirko) greeted me with a big warm beaming smile at Tivat airport for the pickup transfer (organised beforehand). Super friendly and even gave me a lift to the bus station as it was raining on checkout. The hosts also live next door & happy to help with anything. Communication via booking.com app was prompt & responsive. Location was excellent. It’s not right inside old town with all the tourists & church bells ringing every hour. Instead it’s about 5 min walk to old town, great view of bay & mountains, close to boat tour meeting points (for blue cave/lady of rock/perast etc tours), small supermarket & great bbq steakhouse (called BBQ Tanjga) nearby. All walking distance. Apartments with amazing water views (see photos below) do face a car park that can get busy. However my apartment was in a small laneway behind which was quiet Although compact, the room is clean & has all the essentials including kettle, mini fridge, luggage rack, hairdryer, good wifi. Shower was a big size with decent water pressure & hot water. Thank you! Kotor is a beautiful city to visit

Perhaps provide box of tissues for guests? Not sure if it’s a European thing as quite a few accomodation places I recently stayed in also don’t provide tissues (option is to use toilet paper!)
