2F（日本では3階）まで重いスーツケース運ぶのが大変でした。来たスタッフは軽い荷物ですら手伝ってくれません。
カギを開けるのにとても難易度が高く、周辺の治安は夜とも悪くレストランへの行き帰りも気を付けました。

The room comfortably accommodated two adults and a child. Its proximity to the train station was convenient, and parking was hassle-free in August due to the city's low occupancy.
- Having the room on the second floor made it challenging with a child and luggage. While I understand older buildings may lack elevators, it would have been helpful if this was mentioned in the description since we were unaware.
- Additionally, it's important to note that contacting the host for check-in is required, and there's no 24/7 check-in option. Fortunately, this didn't affect us much as we had a rough estimate of our arrival time, but it's worth knowing before booking.
- Although I specifically searched for pet-friendly accommodations and found this place, we were surprised upon arrival. The host informed us that we should have informed them about our 3kg Pomeranian dog. Consequently, we were unexpectedly asked to pay a 30€ cash fee for just one night for our small dog.

It was well priced and easy to find. Parking right outside and the bathroom and TV are good.
The bed is comfortable but if two of you are sleeping on it, it's very squeeky and when one of you moves or rolls over it will disturb your partner.

Very clean and modern room. Very friendly host. Located right next to the train station. The host very kindly let us check in early on our arrival day.
Bear in mind that there is nowhere to leave luggage before the 2pm check in or after the 10:30 check out. The suggested nearby luggage storage company was closed and we had to trundle our cases to a storage shop in the centre of town on the day we were leaving. If you are travelling by car no problem but if you are using the trains it’s something to think about.

Being close to the station, there is a fair amount of traffic and therefore noise. This is the trade-off and will suit some people, but not for everyone

Bed was sinking in the middle, faucet in the unit (Station) sprays everywhere. Currently, the downstairs unit is having renovations, so, it's a little noisy during the day.

Tiny room and Very noisy, hot water did not work until the next morning. There's no lifts up to the apartment, so you if you have a lot of luggage, better start training at the gym to stay here.

Location is right next to the train station and 5 mins walk to The Enzo Ferrari Museum. The shuttle bus to Maranello Ferrari Factory and museum also departs from the train station.
The price of accommodation in Modena is sooo expensive, I can’t understand why.
Also no lift and on the 2nd floor.

The room is close to the railway station which was a relief as it had been a long day. Our host was waiting for us and introduced the room. It's modern but in an older building, they have excellent taste., the interior is simple but very stylish. We had 1 day in Modena to visit Ferrari and move on to Rome. We will be back, it's a beautiful town, the centre is a 10 minute walk. There's an indoor Market with some fantastic relaxed places to eat too. 10/10.

Proximity to all main attractions and the train station including the shuttle to visit the Ferrari museum in Maranelli. The flexibility in the check-in and check-out process. The coffee machine and the room space and the nice big shower.
Not having an elevator but I suppose since it's an oldish style of building it wouldn't be authentic to have one 😉

TV. Comfy enough room.
Quite dusty on the headboard. AC made a loud

Modern finishes. Very clean. Nice coffee machine and refrigerator. Beautiful bathroom with big shower. At the station.
No complaints😉 some hooks/brackets to hang towels is advised.
Future guests: Just remember to arrange a time with host to meet you at entrance door (no reception).

It was a great location, 1 min walk from the train station. I was met by the property owner, who was very accommodating and helpful. the location was a 10-15 walk or a 5 minicab ride to the centre. there is a very easy bus €15 from the airport {bologna] to the train station.
for eh money spent, there was nothing I could fault with the property.

Admittedly it can be a bit noisy during daytime as it's right on the bus route junction, , but all in all spot on for what we needed

Really enjoyed our stay at the Emilia Suite Express. Very close to the train station (very convenient if you're coming to Modena by train). Room was modern, equipped with everything. Easy check-in and owners very helpful when sending texts.

This was a lovely suite hotel on the edge of Modena old town. Clean, modern and with a lovely warm welcome. There's good parking just around the corner which is free if you get a note from the reception.
The pull-out bed wasn't that comfy and the boiler is a little loud.

The location was convenient for an early train trip. The amenities are nice including smart tv.
The check-in (although they were accommodating with time changes) saw us go into another room occupied by another guest. There we waited for 15 minutes trying to understand the situation. The gentleman checking us in also could have been presented better (wearing basketball shorts, poorly groomed. This was not a good sign)The room desperately needs to be soundproofed. You can clearly hear conversations in the other room. The hallway lights got left on all night long. Overall we did not feel comfortable. It’s fine for a one night stay.
