😏The sofa in the living room is not very comfortable for sleeping of 2 people as it slides away in the night even after fixing it. 🙂We had a issue with light in the living room from the window without curtains at night which was next day fixed by the owners. We were very grateful. 😏The sound isolation is weak, which was especially felt at night if some neighbours were loud enough. 😔 3 out of 5 pillows were too hard for sleeping, so I just decided to sleep without the pillow 🙃 There was a misunderstanding with incorrect bedsheets for one instead of two people that was rather quickly fixed.

- the host is extremely kind and helpful - the apartment has got a great location: you can find nice beaches, supermarkets, markets and train station close to it - very easy and affordable access for to Barcelona by train - apartment is clean and well taken care of, you can feel the host cares about the guests by providing additional materials about surrounding areas and Barcelona as well as the welcome gift 🙂

the water wasn’t warm all the time, it was quite cold inside, not enough equipment in the kitchen, high humidity (although there was dehumidifier), there was quiet dark inside

The cleanliness of the room. The presence of ants. Since the room is located in an apartment building, it is quite noisy. Bad light.

Spacious, host left us a complimentary bottle of wine. Lots of towels and great facilities

40 mins away from civilization. Very far from center of Barcelona

Easy access to train station and rest of Premia

Location

We received immediate communication from the rental agent on the location, gate and Wi-Fi codes, and suggestions for restaurants. Great location near the train station and V De Bravado marina where we were hauling and storing our boat for the winter. Excellent WiFi signal. Comfortable bed. Small kitchen but everything needed for cooking in the apartment. Hair dryer in bathroom and cool shower nozzles with various spray configurations.

The key box was very hard to open. Wish the washer was a washer/dryer.
