The view from the sitting/dining room of the ocean is incredible. The yoga studio and teachers were wonderful.

wonderful, helpful staff with lots of suggestions for us. we loved the yoga and massages and just lying around and chatting in the community room.

Pure bliss at Sandhi House. The daily yoga classes and delicious breakfasts were the perfect way to begin the day. The staff totally accommodated my every need! Great group of women!

The only thing that could have made my time at Sandhi House more enjoyable would have been to have more time there. I did extend my initial stay, but was still very sad to leave. I will return!

This place is just so beautiful and peaceful. The location can't be topped. I spent some time working remotely from there and I had gorgeous sea views, great WiFi and perfect silence to concentrate. Rooms are comfortable, the yoga classes are great, and they have lots of little spaces to chill, including a little rooftop terrace where you can see a gorgeous sunrise on one side, and sunset on the other. The staff is really friendly, and there were lots of other solo travellers so it was a nice place to meet interesting people as well! Breakfast was beautiful and homemade.

Sandhi House is located in the heart of Ericeira, the beach is less than 5 minutes away. It is such a beautiful and peaceful place to stay. The people there are very nice and helpful, the rooms are bright and clean with little details, the breakfast is tasty and varied. All this makes you feel at home. Bonus - breathtaking ocean view from the terrace 💙

I had a problem with the keys to the front door, but it was resolved by the administration.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The staff were also severely disorganised. I attempted to book a massage which was rearranged twice before eventually being cancelled. I was only informed of this on each occasion at when arriving for the appointment.

A big thank you to Kyra who made my stay particularly special - she worked super hard and had the most wonderful friendly vibe, made the most delicious breakfasts and always went the extra mile to answer my questions and make sure I had everything I needed!

No doubt the best thing about my stay at Sandhi House was the staff. The girls who work there are really friendly, gentle and helped me to solve some of the issues I had. It's really great located in front of the beach.

Well, I wouldn't recommend this hotel/guest house for several reasons: It's sold as a good place to stay for people who "work from home". I needed a few days away from chaotic London so I booked one of the suits for 1 week to have space to work comfortably while I practiced yoga every day. It was really expensive but I decided to treat myself to nice "work-holidays". The reality was: - WIFI didn't work well from any of the rooms (I asked to change room and the answer was that internet didn't work well in that part of the house) - There were works running on the house nearby and the noise and vibration made it impossible to work from any place in the house (even worse having meetings with clients) - There are no heaters anywhere so the full house and room was like a freezer (I had to work with the coat) - Yoga had to be paid on top of the price of the expensive room(if you book through their website it's included. If you book through Booking.com it's not included. Nobody tells you that until you arrive. - My boyfriend was coming for 3 days and they asked me to pay 50€ on top of the price making the price of a normal room (called a suit) incredibly expensive. - There were no gel, shampoo, or anything in the bathroom (that's the minimum for a "suit") I ended up calling Booking.com to explain the problem and moved to another nice hotel for the rest of the week) It's the first I leave a "bad review" in my life. And I feel so sorry for the girls that worked there which they were absolutely amazing, but really really disappointing place.

Amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The journey already started before I arrived. Kairit, the lady being in charge, helped me a lot before I arrived with all kind of questions and request. Super friendly. Breakfast is served in the lounge area. All home made and organic. Location of the place is perfect, just on the edge of the old centre and close to beaches. Parking spots just at the venue. I also experienced the wellness center which is amazing as well. I did not find the time to enjoy the yoga classes but heard these are really nice as well. All in all a super nice place which I definetely recommend!

For sure it is overpriced in regards to the service and quality you get!!! Rooms are a little bit old, just refreshed a little. There were no curtains and the roll shutters were broken. There is no heating or air condition, so in Nov when I travelled everything was moisty and humid. Also front door are always open, so it is rather cold inside. Hair dryer is available only at the reception desk. Joga classes are included in the price but on the day I have arrived I was informed that there is no free place for me in the class because of people joining from outside. Joga studio floor and joga mats were dirty :( Girls on the reception were nice but disorganized. There was a lot of confusion on booking massage and I had to ask about it many times with no follow-up. Breakfast was different then what you usually get but nothing special and in small amounts.

The location is great. The center of the town and the main beach are just a 5-min-walk away. The view from the lounge and the rooftop terrace was amazing. Breakfast was also solid.

The accommodation looks overloaded. The cleanliness was disappointing. The furniture was worn and smelled a bit musty. The floor in the yoga room and the mats were dirty. There was also a lot of discarded furniture in the yoga room. We expected a boutique hotel but the accommodation is more like a hostel. The price-performance ratio is bad.

Beautiful place with great people, a lovely vibe and amazing Yoga classes. Highly recommend!!
